The firm faces the risk of a decline in competitiveness in the market for business consultancy arising from the fact that the firm does not have all the necessary equipment and software that the market demands. In order to achieve the objectives of the business, to increase competitiveness and consequently to increase the volume of business and to raise the level of quality of the projects in the portfolio of business consultations, as well as the speed of commissioning of the plans and studies, and the preparation of project proposals, the modernisation of the information and communication technologies as a basis for the provision of services in the sector is required.
