U mikro i malim tvrtkama uglavnom ne postoje jasno odijeljene uloge zaposlenika koji upravljaju tvrtkom pa je uobičajena praksa da jedna osoba, radi više funkcija, odnosno prati više poslovnih procesa. Bez odgovarajućih alata komunikacija s korisnicima se ne vodi na kvalitetan način, dolazi do zaboravljanja, lošeg planiranja, kašnjenja pa i do potpuno uništenih poslova i odnosa s korisnicima.Cilj projekta je otklanjanje problema u radu tvrtke Neonet, a koji nastaju zbog nepostojanja centralnog IKT sustava koji bi upravljao poslovnim procesima i međusobno ih integrirao u jedinstveni sustav. Ciljne skupine su zaposlenici Neoneta, stalni korisnici, povremeni korisnici i lokalna zajednica. (Croatian)

In micro and small companies, there is largely no clear separation between the roles of employees operating the company and it is common practice for one person to work more, or to follow up several business processes. Without adequate tools to communicate with users, there is little quality in the way, memorable, poor planning, delays and up to completely destroyed jobs and relationships with users. the project aims at eliminating the problems in the company of Neonet caused by the absence of a central ICT system that would manage and integrate business processes into a single system. The target groups are Nesta’s employees, permanent users, occasional users and local communities. (English)
