Ovim projektom realizirat će se modernizacija poslovanja Učilišta Studium. U svrhu optimizacije poslovanja, veće učinkovitosti i efikasnosti implementirat će se moderno softversko rješenje. Tako će se povećati konkurentnost Učilišta Studium odnosno rast i razvoj koji će direktno utjecati na niz poslovnih procesa kao što su: smanjenje rizika i kontrole pri pohrani dokumenata, smanjit će se vremenska zahtjevnost obrade podataka što će omogućiti kvalitetnije poslovanje u cijelosti. Osim toga, ovaj projekt će se provoditi s ciljem unaprjeđenja poslovnih procesa kao što su: upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima, financije i računovodstvo, strateško planiranje, upravljanje rizicima, nabava, prodaja, logistika, marketing kao i ostalih aktivnosti. This will increase the competitiveness of the Study between the Study and growth and development which will have a direct impact on a number of business processes such as: reducing risk and checking documents will reduce the temporal complexity of data processing which will enable better quality to operate in full. In addition, this project will be carried out with a view to improving business processes such as: human resources management, finances and accounting, strategic planning, risk management, procurement, sale, logistics, marketing, as well as other activities.
