Projektom će se riješiti problem neracionalne raspodjele radnog vremena djelatnika poduzeća FRULA d.o.o. zbog neučinkovitog i nesistematiziranog pristupa informacijama i podacima potrebnim za odrađivanje redovnih aktivnosti, što rezultira nekonkurentnošću poduzeća na tržištu. Cilj projekta je jačanje tržišne pozicije, povećanje konkurentnosti i učinkovitosti poslovanja prijavitelja primjenom informacijske i komunikacijske tehnologije kao i podrška razvoju informacijskog društva. Djelatnicima će se omogućiti daljnji profesionalni razvoj te stjecanje kompetencija čime dugoročno postaju konkurentniji na tržištu rada, dok će se klijentima, kao krajnjim korisnicima pružati visokokvalitetne usluge nakon provedbe projekta. The project will address the wasteful allocation of working time of workers in frula d.o.o., due to the inefficient and unsystematised access to information and information required to carry out ordinary activities, leading to market failures in the market. The aim of the project is to strengthen the position of the market, to increase the applicant’s competitiveness and business efficiency by applying information and communication technology and to support the development of the information society. Professionals will be able to develop further professional development and acquire competences in a way that becomes more competitive in the labour market in the long run, while providing high quality services to customers after the implementation of the project.
