Trenuto Prijavitelj koristi zastarjeli sustav upravljanja koji nije dovoljno usmjeren prema kupcima, standard informacijske sigurnosti nije na željenoj razini a poduzeće je neznačajno prepoznatljivo na tržištu.Projektom se planiraju uvesti norme ISO27001 – Sustav upravljanja informatičkom sigurnošću, ISO9001 - Sustav upravljanje kvalitetom te ISO20000 - Sustav kvalitetnog pružanja usluga. Ovi certifikati će minimalizirati navedene probleme kroz osiguranje sigurnog upravljanja i zaštitu podataka te omogućiti upravljanje kvalitetom razvoja usluga kao i kvalitetnijeg pružanja istih korisnicima. Shodno tome, poduzeće će postati konkurentnije na tržištu te time omogućiti vlastiti daljnji rast u skladu sa strateškim ciljevima. (Croatian)

The Applicant is using an outdated management system, which is not sufficiently targeted towards customers, is not the desired level of information security at the desired level and the enterprise is clearly identified on the market. the Project is planning to implement the ISO27001 — Information Security Management System, ISO9001 — Quality Management System and ISO20000 — Quality provision of services. These certificates shall minimise such problems by ensuring safe management and data protection, and enable the quality of service development as well as the greater performance of the same users to be managed. Consequently, the company will become more competitive on the market and thus enable its own further growth in line with the strategic objectives. (English)
