    "OBIECTIVUL GENERAL al proiectului este reprezentat de cresterea competitivitatii companiilor din sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv, implicate in domeniile de specializare inteligenta din cadrul regiunii Nord Est, prin imbunatatirea nivelului de cunostiinte/competente/aptitudini aferente sectoarelor economice/ domeniilor identificate conform SNC și SNCDI ale angajaților, prin calificarea a 320 de angajati ai acestora pana la finalul proiectului si prin sprijinul a 36 de IMM-uri pentru a implementa programe de formare la locul de munca. Din grupul tinta vor face parte 336 de angajati ce provin din întreprinderi care-și desfășoară activitatea principală sau secundară într-unul din sectoarele economice cu potențial competitiv identificate conform SNC si în domeniile de specializare inteligentă conform SNCDI sau din întreprinderi care intenționează să-și adapteze activitatea principală sau secundară la cel puțin unul dintre aceste sectoare economice sau unul dintre domeniile de specializare inteligentă menționate anterior, din Regiunea Nord-Est" Cresterea nivelului de competenta a angajatilor prin formare profesionala si adaptarea afacerilor la cerintele domeniilor competitive SNC si SNCDI precum si invatarea pe tot parcursul vietii inclusiv invatarea la locul de munca sunt principalele obiective ale POCU, Axa prioritara 3 “Locuri de muncă pentru toți’’ ce au ca rezultate un capital uman mai pregatit si adapat la dinamica economiei ce contribuie la mentinerea unor intreprinderi viabile si implicit la mentinerea locurilor de munca. Proiectul raspunde in totalitate Obiectivului specific 3.12.: Îmbunătățirea nivelului de cunoștințe/ competențe/ aptitudini aferente sectoarelor economice/ domeniilor identificate conform SNC și SNCDI ale angajaților, prin conștientizarea a minim 36 de angajatori/ întreprinderi cu privire la beneficiile invatarii pe tot parcursul vietii dintre care minim 36  vor fi sprijinite prin acțiunile proiectului astfel: - 336 angajati participanti la programe de calificare  - 36 intrepirnderi vor primi suport pentru elaborarea si implementare unor programe de formare la locul de munca Proiectul va permite formarea unui număr de 336 persoane si constientizarea necesitatii si a beneficiilor aduse de formarea profesionala continuă, asociată cu identificarea nevoilor de formare, in contextul in care dinamica pietei muncii, generata de retehnologizare, cresterea competitivitatii si nevoile clientilor presupun adaptarea angajatilor, indiferent de posturile pe care le ocupa, la noi cerinte profesionale, uneori chiar reconversie profesionala, iar aceasta presupune un proces continuu de perfectionare a cunostintelor si abilitatilor.  In atingerea obiectivului general al proiectului, circumscris obiectivului POCU 3.12, se va asigura respectarea temelor orizontale privind dezvoltarea durabilă; respectarea principiului egalitatii de gen, adaptabilitate si non-discriminare; utilizarea TIC și contribuția la dezvoltarea competențe (Romanian)

    “The GENERAL objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of companies in the economic sectors with competitive potential, involved in the smart specialisation fields within the North East region, by improving the level of knowledge/skills/skills related to the economic sectors/areas identified according to the SNC and SNCDI of the employees, by qualification of 320 employees by the end of the project and by the support of 36 SMEs to implement on-the-job training programs. The target group will include 336 employees coming from enterprises that carry out their main or secondary activity in one of the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the SNC and in the fields of smart specialisation according to SNCDI or from enterprises that intend to adapt their main or secondary activity to at least one of these economic sectors or one of the aforementioned smart specialisation fields in the North-East Region" Increasing the level of competence of employees through training and adapting their business to the requirements of the competitive fields of SNC and SNCDI as well as lifelong learning, including learning in the workplace are the main objectives of POCU, Priority Axis 3 "Jobs for all who are ready to work for all” The project fully responds to Specific Objective 3.12.: Improving the level of knowledge/skills/skills related to the economic sectors/areas identified according to the SNC and SNCDI of employees, by raising awareness of at least 36 employers/businesses about the benefits of lifelong learning, of which at least 36 will be supported by the project actions as follows: — 336 employees participating in qualification programs – 36 participants will receive support for the development and implementation of on-the-job training programs The project will allow the training of 336 people and awareness of the needs and benefits of continuous professional training, associated with the identification of training needs, in the context of which the dynamics of the labour market, generated by retrofitting, increasing competitiveness and clients’ needs require the adaptation of employees, regardless of the positions they occupy, to new professional requirements, sometimes even professional retraining, and this requires a continuous process of perfecting knowledge and skills.  In achieving the general objective of the project, circumscribed to POCU 3.12, it will be ensured that the horizontal themes on sustainable development are respected; respect for the principle of gender equality, adaptability and non-discrimination; using ICT and contributing to skills development (English)
