Obiectivul general al proiectului este potentarea oportunitatilor de dezvoltare a societatii la nivel local si regional prin intermediul unei oferte educationale actualizata si diversificata, dezvoltata in stransa corelare cu prioritatile strategice regionale si nationale, insotita de un pachet de masuri de atragere a tinerilor catre studiu, acompaniata de actiuni de crestere a competentelor personalului didactic si care, impreuna, sa contribuie la maximizarea sanselor de angajare pentru viitorii absolventi din invatamantul tertiar, universitar si non-universitar tehnic. Mixul de componente ale proiectului - formarea personalului didactic, imbunatatirea/dezvoltarea si pilotarea ofertei educationale, consilierea si sprijinirea financiara a persoanelor din grupuri vulnerabile – materializat in activitatile proiectului, reprezinta tot atatea directii prin care poate fi atins obiectivul specific al programului, respectiv dezoltarea resurselor umane prin cresterea accesului la un sistem de educatie si formare profesionala de calitate, stimularea ocuparii, reducerea excluziunii sociale. Proiectul raspunde dezideratului exprimat prin O.S. 6.7 al apelului, oferind un mediu educational atractiv, atat cu ajutorul unor stimulente financiare directionate catre cei care apartin grupurilor vulnerabile, cat si prin intermediul unui set de activitati de relationare intre grupuri (schimburi de experienta, intalniri cu potentiali angajatori, workshop-uri pe teme IT&C) dedicate grupului largit de cursanti si studenti. In ceea ce priveste realizarea O.S. 6.9, ne propunem sa crestem nivelul de pregatire al personalului didactic inclus in grupul tinta prin imbunatatirea competentelor profesionale specifice cu ajutorul unor cursuri de specializare profesionala, respectiv un program de specializare postuniversitar pe tema instruirii asistata de calculator si platforme educationale on-line si un curs complementar care vizeaza organizarea si furnizarea in medii online a cursurilor/aplicatiilor si promovarea de medii noi de invatare. Pentru diversificarea ofertei educationale (O.S. 6.10) vom actiona pe 2 paliere: (a) infiintarea un colegiu tehnic cu specializarea “analist programator” (conform adresei VET 647/19.02.2018) pentru care vom dezvolta un program nou de studii ce va include aproximativ 12 discipline cu continut inovator ; (b) furnizarea unui set de 6 cursuri complementare cu o importanta componenta aplicativa, in parteneriat cu mediul privat, adresate studentilor din ultimul an de studii de la licenta/master de la profilurile si specializarile din OMEN 5376/2017, in cadrul carora se va urmari dezvoltarea unor compente cheie pentru mediul profesional in care vor debuta viitorii absolventi: creativitate, comunicare, managementul proiectelor, antreprenoriat tehnologic. The general objective of the project is to enhance the opportunities for the development of the society at local and regional level through an up-to-date and diversified educational offer, developed in close correlation with regional and national strategic priorities, accompanied by a package of measures to attract young people to study, accompanied by actions to increase the competences of the teaching staff and, together, to contribute to maximising employment opportunities for future graduates from third, university and non-university technical education. The mix of project components – training of teaching staff, improvement/development and piloting of the educational offer, counselling and financial support of people from vulnerable groups – materialised in the project activities, represents all the directions through which the specific objective of the program can be achieved, namely the development of human resources by increasing access to a quality education and training system, stimulating employment, reducing social exclusion. The project responds to the goal expressed through O.S. 6.7 of the call, offering an attractive educational environment, both through financial incentives directed to those belonging to vulnerable groups, as well as through a set of group-related activities (exchanges of experience, meetings with potential employers, workshops on IT&C) dedicated to the wide group of students and students. Regarding the achievement of O.S. 6.9, we aim to increase the level of training of the teaching staff included in the target group by improving the specific professional competences with the help of professional specialisation courses, namely a postgraduate specialisation program on computer assisted training and online educational platforms and a complementary course aimed at organising and providing online courses/applications and promoting new learning environments. In order to diversify the educational offer (O.S. 6.10) we will act on 2 levels: (a) setting up a technical college with the specialisation “programme analyst” (according to VET letter 647/19.02.2018) for which we will develop a new study program that will include about 12 subjects with innovative content; (B) providing a set of 6 complementary courses with an important applicative component, in partnership with the private sector, addressed to students from the last year of studies from the bachelor/master from the profiles and specialisations in OMEN 5376/2017, where the development of key skills for the professional environment in which the future graduates will begin will be pursued: creativity, communication, project management, technological entrepreneurship.
