Bioenergiaan liittyvän teknologian ja osaamisen vienti tarjoaa merkittäviä liiketoiminnan kasvumahdollisuuksia itäsuomalaisille yrityksille. Kansainvälinen kilpailu teknologian toimittajien välillä on kovaa ja siinä pärjätäkseen yritysten on pystyttävä tarjoamaan suurempia toimituskokonaisuuksia sekä soveltamaan uusia liiketoimintamalleja.Hankkeessa kehitetään bioenergia-alan yritysten vienti- ja kansainvälistymisvalmiuksia ja keskinäistä yhteistyötä. Tämän rinnalla kehitetään ja pilotoidaan uusi biomassa-arvoketjuun pohjautuva viennintoimintamalli yhteistyössä kehitysyhtiöiden, bioenergia-alan yritysten ja Team Finland toimijoiden kesken. Toimintamallin avulla yritykset saavat tarpeisiinsa soveltuvia vientiä ja kansainvälistymistä tukevia Team Finland verkoston palveluja tehokkaasti käyttöönsä. Hankkeessa testataan Export Finlandin uusien kansainvälistymispalvelujen sopivuutta yritysryhmälle ja välitetään pk-yrityksien tarpeita Finprolle palveluiden jatkokehittämisen tueksi. Hanke kytkee myös alueen yrityksiä vuonna 2015 käynnistyviin Finpron hallinnoimiin bioenergia-alan TEAM-Finland kasvuohjelmiin.Hankkeen tuloksena:- yritykset saavat todellista markkinatietoa ja kontakteja potentiaalisiin ulkomaisiin asiakkaisiin ja yhteistyökumppaneihin - mukana olevien yritysten keskinäinen verkostoituminen lisääntyy ja yhteistyö tiivistyy- syntyy suurista ja pk-yrityksistä koostuvia ”veturiyritysten” vetämiä konsortiota, jotka pystyvät tarjoamaan laajempia toimituskokonaisuuksia- yrityksiä saadaan mukaan kansainvälisten projektien tarjouskilpailuihin- yrityksiä hyväksytään toimittajiksi kv-projekteihin - Team Finland toimintamalli tehostuuHanke luo edellytyksiä bioenergiateknologian ja –osaamisen viennin kasvulle, mikä jatkossa lisää maakunnan yritysten liikevaihtoa ja synnyttää uusia työpaikkoja vientiteollisuuteen.Tavoitteena on, että hankkeen jälkeen osa hankkeen toiminnoista jatkuu yritysvetoisena joko vientirenkaina tai yrityshankkeina. Tavoitteena on myös, että hankkeessa toteutettavan Finpron Cleantech Finland ja Export Finland toimintatapojen pilotoinnissa syntyvät tai havaitut hyvät käytännöt jatkuvat osana organisaatioiden perustoimintoja. The export of bioenergy-related technology and know-how offers significant business growth opportunities for companies in Eastern Finland. International competition between technology suppliers is fierce and companies need to be able to offer larger supply packages and apply new business models in order to cope with it. The project develops the export and internationalisation capabilities of bioenergy companies and cooperation with each other. In parallel, a new export model based on the biomass value chain will be developed and piloted in cooperation between development companies, bioenergy companies and Team Finland operators. The operating model enables companies to have effective access to the Team Finland network services that support exports and internationalisation that are appropriate to their needs. The project will test the suitability of Export Finland’s new internationalisation services for a group of companies and forward the needs of SMEs to Finpro to support the further development of the services. The project will also link companies in the region to the bioenergy TEAM-Finland growth programmes run by Finpro in 2015.As a result: companies get real market information and contacts with potential foreign customers and partners — the networking between the companies involved will increase and the cooperation will be intensified- a consortium of large and SME-led “locomotive companies” able to offer larger delivery packages- companies will be included in international project tenders- companies will be accepted as suppliers for international projects — Team Finland’s operating model will be more effective. As a result, the project will create conditions for the development of bioenergy technology and know-how. The aim is also that the good practices created or observed in the piloting of Finpro’s Cleantech Finland and Export Finland’s operating methods will continue as part of the basic functions of the organisations. L’exportation de technologies et de savoir-faire liés à la bioénergie offre d’importantes possibilités de croissance commerciale aux entreprises de l’Est de la Finlande. La concurrence internationale entre les fournisseurs de technologies est féroce et les entreprises doivent être en mesure d’offrir des paquets d’approvisionnement plus importants et d’appliquer de nouveaux modèles d’affaires pour y faire face. Le projet développe les capacités d’exportation et d’internationalisation des entreprises de bioénergie et la coopération entre elles. Parallèlement, un nouveau modèle d’exportation fondé sur la chaîne de valeur de la biomasse sera élaboré et mis à l’essai dans le cadre de la coopération entre les entreprises de développement, les entreprises de bioénergie et les opérateurs de Team Finland. Le modèle opérationnel permet aux entreprises d’avoir un accès effectif aux services de réseau Team Finland qui soutiennent les exportations et l’internationalisation qui répondent à leurs besoins. Le projet testera l’adéquation des nouveaux services d’internationalisation d’Export Finland pour un groupe d’entreprises et fera connaître les besoins des PME à Finpro afin de soutenir le développement des services. Le projet reliera également les entreprises de la région aux programmes de croissance TEAM-Finlande de bioénergie gérés par Finpro en 2015.En conséquence: les entreprises obtiennent de véritables informations sur le marché et des contacts avec des clients et partenaires étrangers potentiels — la mise en réseau entre les entreprises concernées s’intensifiera et la coopération sera intensifiée- un consortium de grandes entreprises dirigées par des PME, capable d’offrir des forfaits de livraison plus importants — les entreprises seront incluses dans les appels d’offres internationaux — les entreprises seront acceptées comme fournisseurs pour des projets internationaux — le modèle opérationnel de Team Finland sera plus efficace, ce qui créera les conditions de développement de la technologie et du savoir-faire bioénergétiques. L’objectif est également que les bonnes pratiques créées ou observées lors du pilotage des méthodes d’exploitation de Cleantech Finland et d’Export Finland de Finpro se poursuivent dans le cadre des fonctions de base des organisations.
