Obiectivul general al proiectului il reprezinta dezvoltarea si tehnologizarea societatii prin inovarea produselor si prin extinderea activitati prin infiintarea unei noi unitati de productie in Municipiul Buzau, Judetul Buzau. Prin implementarea acestui proiect, societatea vizeaza cresterea sustenabila a competitivitatii economice si productivitatii intreprinderii, cu asigurarea principiilor dezvoltarii durabile si reducerea decalajelor fata de productivitatea la nivelul Uniunii Europene, prin diversificarea activitatii si inovarea facuta prin achizitionarea de utilaje performante, de tehnologie noua. Obiectivul general al proiectului se poate atinge prin implementarea proiectului prin intermediul oportunităţii de finanţare oferite de Programul Operaţional Regional 2014-2020- Axa prioritară 2 - imbunatatirea competitivitatii intreprinderilor mici si mijlocii -Prioritatea de investitii 2.1 – Promovarea spiritului antreprenorial, in special prin facilitarea exploatarii economice a ideilor noi si prin incurajarea crearii de noi intreprinderi, inclusiv prin incubatoare de afaceri- Prioritatea 2.1 A/ microintreprinderi 2016. Indeplinirea obiectivului general al proiectului contribuie la indeplinirea obiectivului general POR 2014-2020, cresterea competitivitatii economice si imbunatatirea conditiilor de viata ale comunitatilor locale si regionale, prin dezvoltarea mediului de afaceri, infrastructurii si serviciilor, pentru dezvoltarea durabila a regiunilor, astfel incat acestea sa isi valorifice potentialul de inovare si de asimilare a progresului tehnologic. Mai mult decat atat indeplinirea obiectivului general al proiectului contribuie la atingerea obiectivului specific al axei prioritare 2 –Imbunatatirea competitivitatii intreprinderilor mici si mijlocii- prioritatea de investitii 2.1, consolidarea pozitiei pe piata a intreprinderilor mici si mijlocii in domeniile competitive identificate in Strategia Nationala de Competitivitate si Planurile Regionale de Dezvoltare. Cresterea competitivitatii si productivitatii companiei fata de capacitatea actuala, prin inovare de proces, serviciu si produs va fi o consecinta evidenta a indeplinirii obiectivului proiectului. Stimularea inovarii in cadrul unei companii duce, pe de o parte la dezvoltarea si consolidarea intreprinderii pe piata, iar, pe de alta parte, prin cresterea productivitatii intreprinderii are un impact pozitiv asupra economiei regiunii Sud- Est, a judetului Buzau si a Orasului Buzau unde se va implementa proiectul. Principiul fundamental consta in responsabilitate totala in executarea de calitate si la termen a angajamentelor, obiectiv constant al oricarei firme care isi propune sa reziste in competitia extrem de acerba. Dezvoltarea solida a afacerii constituie una din ratiunile economice sanatoase ale activitatii oricarei societati. The general objective of the project is the development and technology of the company through product innovation and the expansion of activities by setting up a new production unit in Buzau Municipality, Buzau County. By implementing this project, the company aims to sustainably increase the economic competitiveness and productivity of the enterprise, ensuring the principles of sustainable development and reducing the gap in productivity across the European Union, by diversifying the activity and innovation made by purchasing high-performance machinery, new technology. The general objective of the project can be achieved by implementing the project through the funding opportunity offered by the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020 – Priority Axis 2 – Improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises – Investment Priority 2.1 – Promoting entrepreneurship, in particular by facilitating the economic exploitation of new ideas and by encouraging the creation of new enterprises, including through business incubators – Priority 2.1 A/micro enterprises 2016. Achieving the general objective of the project contributes to achieving the general objective ROP 2014-2020, increasing economic competitiveness and improving the living conditions of local and regional communities, by developing the business environment, infrastructure and services, for the sustainable development of the regions, so that they can capitalise on their potential for innovation and assimilation of technological progress. Moreover, the achievement of the general objective of the project contributes to achieving the specific objective of Priority Axis 2 – Improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises – investment priority 2.1, strengthening the market position of small and medium-sized enterprises in the competitive areas identified in the National Competitiveness Strategy and Regional Development Plans. Increasing the company’s competitiveness and productivity over the current capacity, through process, service and product innovation will be an obvious consequence of achieving the project’s objective. Stimulating innovation within a company leads, on the one hand, to the development and consolidation of the enterprise on the market, and, on the other hand, by increasing the productivity of the enterprise has a positive impact on the economy of the South-East region, Buzau County and Buzau City where the project will be implemented. The fundamental principle is total responsibility for the quality and term execution of commitments, a constant objective of any firm that aims to resist the extremely fierce competition. Solid business development is one of the healthy economic reasons of any company’s activity.
