Projekti käigus rajatakse kinnistule ühiveevärgi ja kanalisatsiooniteenusega liitumine. Projektist tulenevalt kaevatakse ligi 12 meetrine joogi- ning reovee trass peapinnasesse ning paigaldatakse vajaminev torustik.
