Projekti eesmärk on Rõuge valla erivajadustega inimeste elukvaliteedi parandamine, parema iseseisva toimetuleku tagamine, tööturul osalemise eelduse loomine ja hooldajate koormuse vähendamine. The aim of the project is to improve the quality of life of people with special needs in Rõuge municipality, to ensure better self-sufficiency, to create a prerequisite for participation in the labour market and to reduce the burden on carers. To this end, the accommodation of 8 people with special needs will be adapted (8 applicants in total, but two persons with special needs in one dwelling). (English)
