Projekti eesmärk on muuta riigi eelarve kasutamine läbipaistvamaks ning anda erinevate tasandi juhtidele neile vajalik info tarkade juhtimisotsuste tegemiseks kasutades riigis ühtset kuluarvestuse ja -analüüsi tarkvara. Juurutada see käesoleva projekti esimese etapis vähemalt 10 riigiasutuses aastaks 2018. Teises etapis laiendada järk-järgult tarkvara kasutajate ringi ning soetada lisaks olemasoleva tarkvara kasutusõiguseid. (Estonian)

The aim of the project is to make the use of public budgets more transparent and to provide managers at different levels with the information they need to make smart management decisions using common cost accounting and analysis software in the country. Implement it in the first phase of this project in at least 10 public authorities by 2018. In a second step, gradually expand the range of users of the software and acquire additional rights to use existing software. (English)
