Projekta mērķis - veicot autoceļa Jaunpriedaines-Spicieri transporta infrastruktūras uzlabošanu, radīt šim autoceļam piegulošajās teritorijās vietējiem uzņēmējiem pievilcīgu uzņēmējdarbības vidi, paaugstināt konkurētspēju, nodrošinot sociālo un ekonomisko aktivitāšu pieejamību Smiltenes novada uzņēmējiem un iedzīvotājiem. Autoceļa Jaunpriedaines – Spicieri pārbūve plānota 1287 m garumā, un tas ir uzskatāms par degradētās teritorijas funkcionālu savienojumu. Realizējot autoceļa Jaunpriedaines-Spicieri pārbūvi, tiks revitalizēta konkrētā teritorija, tā nodrošinot videi draudzīgu un vides ilgtspēju veicinošu teritoriālo izaugsmi un jaunu darba vietu radīšanu. Projekta rezultātā laika posmā no 2015.gada līdz 2020.gadam atbalstītajā teritorijā tiks:1) radītas 17 jaunas darba vietas; 2) veiktas nefinanšu investīcijas vismaz 3.344 miljonu EUR apmērā; 3) atjaunota degradētā teritorija 5 ha platība (pielāgota jaunu komersantu izvietošanai vai esošo komersantu paplašināšanai.Kopējās projekta izmaksas ir 610 474.23 EUR, no kurām Eiropas Reģionālā attīstības fonda līdzfinansējums ir 495 275.02 EUR. The aim of the project is to improve the transport infrastructure of the Jaunpriedaine-Spicieri motorway, to create an attractive business environment for local entrepreneurs in the areas adjacent to this road, to increase competitiveness by making social and economic activities available to entrepreneurs and residents of Smiltene County. The reconstruction of the Jaunpriedaines road – Spicieri is planned for 1287 m, and it is considered a functional connection of the degraded area. By rebuilding the Jaunpriedaine-Spicieri motorway, the territory will be revitalised, thus ensuring environmentally friendly and environmentally sustainable territorial growth and job creation. The project will result in the creation of 17 new jobs in the area supported in the period from 2015 to 2020; 2) non-financial investment has been made in the amount of at least EUR 3.344 million; 3) Restoration of degraded area of 5 ha (adapted to the placement of new merchants or expansion of existing merchants.Total project costs amount to EUR 610474.23, of which European Regional Development Fund co-financing is EUR 495275.02.
