Lai samazinātu Vestienas pagasta iedzīvotāju izmaksas par siltumenerģiju vai noturētu tās pašreizējā līmenī, tiek īstenots projekts esošās siltuma ražošanas sistēmas energoefektivitātes uzlabošana, kurā ir apskatītas dažādas alternatīvas, kā uzlabot esošo situāciju. Analizējot esošo situāciju, secināms, lai siltuma ražošana Vestienas ciemā darbotos efektīvi, nepieciešams izbūvēt granulu tipa apkures katlu māju. Izbūvējot Vestienas ciemā jaunu siltumavotu - apkures katlu māju, tiks panākta atjaunojamo energoresursu izmantojošu siltumražošanas jaudu modernizācija un pieaugums centralizētajā siltumapgādē par 0,6 MW.Būvdarbu veikšanas pasākumu uzraudzībai tiks nodrošināta autoruzraudzība un būvuzraudzība.Projekta galvenās veicamās aktivitātes:1)Būvdarbi;2)Būvuzraudzība;3)Autoruzraudzība;4) Aprīkojuma un materiālu iegāde.Paredzams, ka projekts tiks īstenots apmēram 34 mēnešu laikā, no līguma ar CFLA noslēgšanas brīža par KF līdzfinansējuma piesaisti, bet ne vēlāk kā līdz 2021. gada 31.decembrim. In order to reduce the cost of heat energy for inhabitants of Vestiena parish or to keep it at the current level, a project is being implemented to improve the energy efficiency of the existing heat production system, which looks at various alternatives to improve the current situation. Analysing the current situation, it is concluded that in order for the production of heat in the village of Vestienas to work effectively, it is necessary to build a pellet-type boiler house. When constructing a new heat source – boiler house in Vestiena village, modernisation of thermal production capacity using renewable energy resources and increase in district heating will be achieved by 0.6 MW. Author supervision and construction supervision will be provided for monitoring of construction activities.The main activities of the project will be carried out:1) Construction works;2) Construction supervision;3) Author’s supervision;4) Purchase of equipment and materials.It is expected that the project will be implemented by the end of the project for approximately 34 months, but at the end of 31st the moment the CLAF. Total cost of the project EUR 446783,69 of which CF funding EUR 110 440,00. (English)
