SIA „Madonas siltums” projektu īsteno, lai uzlabotu esošo Dzelzavas pagasta centralizēto siltumapgādes sistēmu energoefektivitāti, veicot divu esošo centralizēto siltumapgādes sistēmu apvienošanu (Dzelzavas ciema siltumapgādes sistēma un Aizpurves ciema siltumapgādes sistēma – saistvada garums 2412m), kā arī rekonstruējot esošo Dzelzavas ciema katlu māju, tādā veidā nodrošinot nepārtrauktu un stabilu siltumenerģijas piegādi esošajiem un potenciāli jaunajiem patērētājiem, lai samazinātu vai noturētu siltumenerģijas izmaksas pašreizējā līmenī, kā arī paaugstinātu uzņēmuma vērtību. Projekta rezultātā tiks izbūvēts siltumtrašu saistvads, lai apvienotu Dzelzavas pagasta divas esošās neatkarīgās centralizētās siltumapgādes sistēmās (Dzelzavas ciems un Aizpurves ciems) – 2412m apjomā. Mērķtiecīgi realizējot energoefektivitātes projektus arī daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamajās ēkās, paredzamā nākotnē Dzelzavas pagasta apvienotās centralizētās siltumapgādes sistēmas var sasniegt konkurētspējīgu siltumenerģijas tarifu un kvalitatīvu pieprasījumam atbilstošu siltumenerģijas piegādiParedzams, ka projekts tiks īstenots 22 mēnešu laikā no līguma ar CFLA noslēgšanas brīža par KF līdzfinansējuma piesaisti. Tā kopējās izmaksas varētu sasniegt ap EUR 586728.95, no kā aptuveni EUR 193959.98 sastādīt KF līdzfinansējums. (Latvian)

SIA “Madonas siltums” implements the project in order to improve the energy efficiency of the existing district heating systems of the Ironava parish by combining two existing district heating systems (heating system of Dzelzava village and heating system of Aizpurve village – link length of 2412 m), as well as reconstructing the existing boiler house in Dzelzavas village, thus ensuring continuous and stable supply of thermal energy to existing and potential new customers in order to reduce or maintain thermal energy costs at the current level, as well as to increase the value of the company. As a result of the project, a heat main will be built to unify the two existing independent district heating systems of Ironava parish (Dzelzava village and Aizpurve village) – in the amount of 2412 m. By purposefully implementing energy efficiency projects also in apartment dwellings, in the foreseeable future, the combined district heating systems of the Ironava parish can achieve a competitive thermal energy tariff and high-quality supply of thermal energy corresponding to the demand.It is expected that the project will be implemented within 22 months from the date of conclusion of the agreement with the CFLA on attracting co-funding of the CF. Its total cost could amount to around EUR 586728.95, of which approximately EUR 193959.98 to co-finance the CF. (English)

SIA «Madonas siltums» met en œuvre le projet afin d’améliorer l’efficacité énergétique des systèmes de chauffage urbain existants de la paroisse de Dzelzavas en combinant deux systèmes de chauffage urbain existants (système d’approvisionnement en chaleur du village d’Iron et système d’approvisionnement en chaleur du village d’Aizpurve — longueur de liaison 2 412 m), ainsi qu’en reconstruisant la chaufferie existante du village de Dzelzavas, assurant ainsi un approvisionnement continu et stable en énergie thermique aux consommateurs existants et potentiellement nouveaux afin de réduire ou de maintenir les coûts de l’énergie thermique au niveau actuel, ainsi que d’augmenter la valeur de l’entreprise. À la suite du projet, une interconnexion de réseaux de chauffage sera construite afin d’unir deux systèmes de chauffage urbain indépendants de la paroisse de Dzelzavas (Iron Village et Aizpurve Village) — d’un montant de 2 412 m. En ciblant des projets d’efficacité énergétique également dans des bâtiments résidentiels multi-appartements, dans un avenir prévisible, les systèmes de chauffage urbain combinés de la paroisse de Dzelzavas pourront atteindre un tarif compétitif pour l’énergie thermique et l’approvisionnement en énergie thermique de haute qualité correspondant à la demande. Il est prévu que le projet sera mis en œuvre dans les 22 mois suivant la conclusion de l’accord avec la CFCA sur l’obtention d’un cofinancement par la CFCA. Son coût total pourrait s’élever à environ 586 728,95 EUR, dont environ 193 959,98 EUR seraient établis par cofinancement du FC. (French)
