Projekta mērķis ir paaugstināt energoefektivitāti VSIA “Strenču psihoneiroloģiskās slimnīcas” stacionāra 6.nodaļas ēkā, īstenojot ēkas ārējo norobežojošo konstrukciju siltināšanu un atjaunojot apkures sistēmu, kā arī nodrošinot ēkas fasāžu arhitektonisko detaļu vizuālo izskatu atbilstoši vēsturiski oriģinālajai fasādei un iekštelpu apdari pēc logu nomaiņas.Projekta galvenās darbības:1.Projekta pamatojošās dokumentācijas sagatavošana:1.1.Tehniskās dokumentācijas izstrāde1.2.Energosertifikācija un pārskatu izstrāde2.Autoruzraudzība3.Būvuzraudzība4.Būvdarbi ēkas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanai, tai skaitā ēkas apkures sistēmas atjaunošana4.1.Ēkas fasādes arhitektonisko detaļu un iekštelpu apdares vizuālā un tehniskā stāvokļa nodrošināšana5.Projekta publicitātes īstenošanaProjekta īstenošanas rezultāti 6.nodaļas ēkā: 1. plānotais siltumenerģijas ietaupījums pēc projekta īstenošanas – 56,98% gadā no ēkas energosertifikātā aprēķinātā patēriņa pirms projekta īstenošanas; 2. plānotais siltumenerģijas patēriņš apkurei pēc projekta īstenošanas, pamatojoties uz ēkas energosertifikātā veiktajiem aprēķiniem un projekta tehniskajā dokumentācijā paredzētajiem būvdarbiem, plānots 63,80 kWh/m2 gadā; 3. aprēķinātais siltumnīcefekta gāzu (oglekļa dioksīda) emisijas samazinājums vismaz 47,60 CO2 ekvivalenta tonnas gadā; 4. primārās enerģijas patēriņa samazinājums 18,07 MWh gadā.Projekta ilgums: projekta sākums plānots 2021.gada II ceturksnī, pēc tam, kad tiks noslēgta vienošanās par projekta īstenošanu. Būvdarbus plānots uzsākt 2021.gada IV ceturksnī. Projekta īstenošanas laiks plānots 14 mēneši no vienošanās noslēgšanas par projekta īstenošanu.Kopējās plānotās projekta izmaksas ir 404 258,73 EUR ar PVN, t.sk. Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda finansējums 257 550, 00 EUR apmērā, valsts budžeta finansējums 45 450,00 EUR apmērā. (Latvian)

The aim of the project is to increase energy efficiency in the building of the VSIA “Strench Psychoneurological Hospital” in the building, implementing insulation of external building envelopes and renovation of heating system, as well as providing visual appearance of architectural details of the building in accordance with historically original facade and interior decoration after replacement of windows. 1. The planned thermal energy savings after project implementation – 56,98 % of the estimated annual consumption of the building in the energy certificate prior to the implementation of the project; 2. The planned heat consumption for heating after project implementation, on the basis of the calculations performed in the energy certificate of the building and the works envisaged in the technical project documentation, is planned to be 63,80 kWh/m² per year; .3 the estimated reduction in greenhouse gas (carbon dioxide) emissions of at least 47,60 tonnes of CO2 equivalent per year; 4. Reduction of primary energy consumption 18,07 MWh per year. Duration of the project: The start of the project is planned in the second quarter of 2021, after the agreement on the implementation of the project will be concluded. It is planned to start construction works in the IV quarter of 2021. The project implementation time is planned to be 14 months from the conclusion of the agreement on the implementation of the project.The total estimated project costs are EUR 404258,73, including VAT.
