Viedās pilsētas (smart city) klastera (ViP klastera) projekta mērķis ir nākamo 5 gadu laikā kļūt par jaunu viedās pilsētas risinājumu, tehnoloģiju un produktu radīšanas virzītājspēku Latvijā, pārstāvot ievērojamu dažādu viedās specializācijas jomu komersantu skaitu, uzkrājot lielu apjomu specifisku zināšanu par viedajām pilsētām un nododot tās komersantiem jaunu produktu un pakalpojumu izstrādei un eksportam, tā radot vismaz eksporta 15% pieaugumu klastera uzņēmumu eksporta rādītājos 5 gadu laikā.Šī mērķa sasniegšanai ViP klastera projekta ietvaros ir paredzēts īstenot tādas galvenās aktivitātes kā:•Perspektīvāko ārvalstu tirgu identificēšana un padziļināta izpēte•Perspektīvāko nozaru tehnoloģiju attīstības monitorings•Perspektīvāko R&D virzienu identificēšana, sadarbībā ar klastera pētnieciskajiem partneriem;•Priekšlikumu izstrāde Latvijas ilgtspējīgas būvniecības standartam•Klastera starptautiskā sadarbības pasākumi ārvalstu partneru tīkla izveidei•Kopēju viedās pilsētas produktu radīšana•Viedās pilsētas produktu un pakalpojumu finansēšanas risinājumu izpēteViP klasteris ir starpnozaru klasteris:•Viedā enerģētika•Viedie materiāli•Informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģijas•Bioekonomika.Rezultāti:•Vismaz 6% liels ikgadējs kopējo klastera partneruzņēmumu apgrozījuma pieaugums.•Vismaz 5% liels ikgadējs kopējo klastera partneruzņēmumu eksporta apjoma pieaugums•Vismaz 5% liels ikgadējs kopējo klastera partneruzņēmumu pieaugums rādītājā – “apgrozījums uz 1 darbinieku”•Īstenoti vismaz 5 plaši apmeklēti sabiedrības informēšanas pasākumi un panākts klastera partneru kopējo darbavietu skaita pieaugums vismaz par 3% gadāKopumā ir paredzēts, ka šī klastera projekta īstenošanas laiks ir 59 mēneši (02.2017. – 12.2021.).Projekta kopīgas attiecināmās izmaksas sasniegs ~EUR 596 669,48, no kuriem Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda atbalsta apjoms būs EUR 465 402.20 (Latvian)

The aim of the Smart City Cluster (ViP Cluster) project is to become the driver of the creation of new smart city solutions, technologies and products in Latvia over the next 5 years, representing a significant number of entrepreneurs of various smart specialisation sectors, building up a large amount of specific knowledge about smart cities and transferring them to businesses for the development and export of new products and services, thus creating an increase of at least 15 % of exports in the export performance of cluster companies over 5 years. activities such as:•Identifying and in-depth research of the most relevant foreign markets•Monitoring the development of the most relevant technologies in industries•Identifying the most relevant R&D directions, in cooperation with the research partners of the cluster;•Development of proposals for the Latvian sustainable construction standard•Classer international cooperation activities for the creation of a network of foreign partners•Development of joint smart city products•Smart city products and services financing solutionsViP cluster is a cross-sector cluster:•Smart Energy•Smart Materials•Information and communication technologies•Bioeconomy.Results:•An annual growth of at least 6 % of the total turnover of the cluster partners.•Average of at least 5 % annual increase in the export volume of the total cluster partner enterprises•An annual increase of at least 5 % of the total Cluster Partners in the indicator of “turnover per 1 employee”•The implementation of at least 5 extensively attended public information activities and an increase of at least 3 % in the total number of jobs of the cluster partners per year.The overall duration of this cluster project is 59 months (02.2017. The total eligible costs of the project will reach ~EUR 596 699.48, of which the amount of support from the European Regional Development Fund will be EUR 465 402.20 (English)
