Objective:To increase the amount of private investments in Valmiera by investing in development of commercial activities in accordance with the economic specialisation of the territory as defined in the municipal development programme. Reconstruction of Cempu and Paula Valdena streets, construction supervision, author supervision. Reconstruction of Cempu and Paula Valdena Street. The duvet of these streets has been rebuilt and increased bearing capacity by constructing new asphalt layers, as well as construction of pavements and bicycle paths for the safety of pedestrians and cyclists, construction of street lighting and rain sewers.The total cost of the project is estimated at EUR 3909790.74, including ERDF funding EUR 3232709,51.In the project indicative implementation period: 1 October 2016-30 September 2017.
