Projekta mērķis ir veicināt SIA „NewFuels” produktivitātes un konkurētspējas paaugstināšanu, būtiski modernizējot ražošanas tehnoloģiju, kas ļaus ražot jaunu produktu: A1 klases premium granulas, kā arī palielinot uzņēmuma ieguldījumus pētniecībā, attīstībā un inovācijās atbilstoši Viedās specializācijas stratēģijai, radot vienu jaunu pētniecības un attīstības darbavietu. Modernizācijas process paredz ieviest jaunu tehnoloģisko procesu, kas sastāv no divām līnijām:1. Eksperimentālā inovatīvā līnija siltuma iegūšanai jauna produkta ražošanai, izmantojot kurināmo ar augstu pelnu saturu.2. Jaunā produkta nogatavināšanas/kondensācijas tehnoloģisko iekārtu komplekss.Projekta iesniedzējs SIA „NewFuels” RSEZ ir lielākā kokskaidu granulu ražotne Latvijā ar ražošanas kapacitāti virs 240 000 tonnām gatavas produkcijas gadā. Uzņēmuma pamatdarbības joma, ka arī projekta īstenošanas nozare pēc NACE 2.red koda ir „Pārējo koka izstrādājumu ražošana; korķa, salmu un pīto izstrādājumu ražošana”.Uzņēmuma ražotne atrodas Rēzeknē, Rēzeknes pilsētas industriālajā zonā. Projekta ietvaros plānots modernizēt esošo lentveida žāvētāju ar inovatīvam siltuma ražošanas tehnoloģijām, tādējādi ievērojami uzlabojot ražošanas procesu un ražojot koksnes granulas ar augstāko kvalitāti.Projekta kopējās izmaksas sastāda 3 040 764,93 euro. Projekta attiecināmās izmaksas sastāda 2 073 826,00 euro, plānotājs ERAF finansējums sastāda 933 221,70 euro (atbalsta intensitāte ir 45% no attiecināmām izmaksām). Projekta iesniedzēja SIA "NewFuels" plānotās aktivitātes atbilst konkursa mērķim – ieviest ražošanā jaunu produktu un tehnoloģijas. Projektā paredzēts īstenot aktivitātes: -jaunās eksperimentālās ražošanas līnijas izstrāde, piegāde un uzstādīšana;-jaunās eksperimentālās ražošanas līnijas testēšana reālā ražošanas vidē, veicot saimniecisko darbību.Projektu plānots uzsākt pēc projekta iesniegšanas CFLA (t.i. pēc 2018.gada 12. aprīļa) un pabeigt 2019. gada februārī. The aim of the project is to promote the productivity and competitiveness of SIA “NewFuels” by substantially modernising the production technology, which will allow to produce a new product: Premium pellets of the A1 class, as well as increasing the company’s investment in research, development and innovation in line with the Smart Specialisation Strategy, creating one new R & D job. The modernisation process involves the introduction of a new technological process consisting of two lines:1. Experimental innovative line for heat for the production of a new product using fuels with high ash content.2. The project submitter SIA “NewFuels” RSEZ is the largest wood chip pellet factory in Latvia with a production capacity exceeding 240 000 tonnes of finished products per year. The core activity of the company, as well as the project implementation sector according to NACE Rev. 2 code, is 'Manufacture of other wood products; Production of cork, straw and plaiting products".The factory is located in Rezekne, in the industrial zone of Rezekne city. Within the framework of the project it is planned to modernise the existing ribbon dryer with innovative heat production technologies, thus significantly improving the production process and producing wood pellets with the highest quality. The eligible costs of the project are EUR 2073826,00, the planner’s ERDF funding is EUR 933221,70 (aid intensity is 45 % of the eligible costs). The activities planned by the project applicant SIA “NewFuels” correspond to the goal of the competition – to introduce new products and technologies into production. In the project it is planned to implement activities: Development, delivery and installation of the new experimental production line;- testing of the new experimental production line in real production environment, carrying out economic activities.The project is planned to start after the project submission to the CFLA (i.e. after April 12, 2018) and complete in February 2019. L’objectif du projet est de promouvoir la productivité et la compétitivité des «nouveaux combustibles» SIA en modernisant considérablement la technologie de production, qui permettra de produire un nouveau produit: Des pastilles premium de classe A1, ainsi que l’augmentation de l’investissement de l’entreprise dans la recherche, le développement et l’innovation conformément à la stratégie de spécialisation intelligente, créant ainsi un nouvel emploi en R & D. Le processus de modernisation implique l’introduction d’un nouveau processus technologique composé de deux lignes: 1. Ligne expérimentale innovante pour la production de chaleur pour la production d’un nouveau produit utilisant des combustibles riches en cendres.2. La RSEZ, candidat au projet, est la plus grande usine de production de granulés de bois de Lettonie avec une capacité de production supérieure à 240 000 tonnes de production finie par an. La principale activité de l’entreprise ainsi que le domaine d’exécution des projets relevant du code NACE Rév. 2 sont "Fabrication d’autres produits du bois; production de liège, paille et produits de tressage. L’usine est située à Rezekne, zone industrielle de la ville de Rezekne. Dans le cadre du projet, il est prévu de moderniser le séchoir à bandes existant grâce à des technologies innovantes de production de chaleur, améliorant ainsi considérablement le processus de production et produisant des granulés de bois de la plus haute qualité. Le coût total du projet s’élève à 3 040 764,93 EUR. Les coûts éligibles du projet s’élèvent à 2 073 826,00 EUR, le financement FEDER du planificateur s’élève à 933 221,70 EUR (l’intensité de l’aide est de 45 % des coûts éligibles). Les activités prévues par le candidat au projet SIA «nouveau combustible» sont conformes à l’objectif de la concurrence, à savoir introduire de nouveaux produits et technologies dans la production. Le projet prévoit la mise en œuvre des activités suivantes: — développement, livraison et installation de la nouvelle ligne de production expérimentale;- mise à l’essai de la nouvelle ligne de production expérimentale dans un environnement de production réel, en menant des activités économiques. Le projet devrait débuter après la soumission du projet à CFCA (c’est-à-dire après le 12 avril 2018) et se terminer en février 2019. (French)
