Projekta mērķis ir modernizēt bioekonomikas pētniecības infrastruktūru Latvijas Valsts koksnes ķīmijas institūtā (LVKĶI), stiprināt LVKĶI institucionālo kapacitāti un pētniecības resursu koncentrāciju LVKĶI, modernizējot LVKĶI zinātnes infrastruktūru RIS3 ietvaros. LVKĶI plāno īstenot ar saimniecisku darbību nesaistītu projektu, kura vidējā svērtā ar saimniecisko darbību nesaistītā projekta daļa NPD% > 80% un Projektā veiktos ieguldījumus paredzēts izmantot LVKĶI pamatdarbībā, kurai nav saimniecisks raksturs. Projekta kopējās izmaksas ir 3'898'328,86 EUR. Kopējās attiecināmās izmaksas ir 3’704’729 EUR, no tām 95% ir publiskais finansējums 3’519’492,55 EUR apmērā (tai skaitā Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda (ERAF) finansējums – 2’991’568,67 EUR un valsts budžeta līdzfinansējums – 527’923,88 EUR), bet LVKĶI pašu finansējums projektam ir 5% no kopējām attiecināmajām izmaksām jeb 185’236,45 EUR. Projekta neattiecināmās izmaksas ir 193'599,86 EUR, kas tiks segtas no LVKĶI pašu līdzekļiem. Saskaņā ar OECD zinātņu nozaru FOS (Revised Field of Science and Technology) klasifikāciju, Projekts tiks īstenots dabaszinātņu nozarēs – Ķīmijas zinātnē, Bioloģijas zinātnē un Zemes un vides zinātnē. Projekta īstenošana sekmēs galvenokārt šādu Latvijas Viedās specializācijas stratēģijā noteikto (turpmāk – RIS3) tautsaimniecības transformācijas virzienu un izaugsmes prioritāšu īstenošanu: 1. Zināšanu ietilpīga bioekonomika; 2. Viedie materiāli, tehnoloģijas un inženiersistēmas. Projekta īstenošanas termiņš ir 48 (četrdesmit astoņi) mēneši, un projektu plānots īstenot no 01.10.2017. līdz 30.12.2021.Projektā paredzētas šādas galvenās darbības:1. Projekta vadība un publicitāte;2. Iepirkumu procedūru veikšana;3. Projektēšana;4. Pilotiekārtu parka angāra būvniecība;5. Būvuzraudzība;6. Iekārtu iegāde;7. Ventilācijas izbūve.Projektā paredzēts sasniegt šādus galvenos rezultātus: • Veikta pilotiekārtu parka angāra un ventilācijas sistēmas izbūves projektēšana un autoruzraudzība; • Veikta 1 pilotiekārtu parka angāra būvniecība; • Veikta 1 ventilācijas sistēmas izbūve; • Iegādātas, uzstādītas un nodotas ekspluatācijā 51 jauna iekārta; • Veikta pilotiekārtu parka angāra būvniecības un ventilācijas sistēmas izbūves būvuzraudzība. The aim of the project is to modernise the bio-economy research infrastructure at the Latvian State Institute of Wood Chemistry (LVCC), strengthen the institutional capacity of the LCCCI and the concentration of research resources in the LSCCI by modernising the LCI within the framework of RIS3. The LCI plans to implement a project that is not related to economic activity, the weighted average non-economic part of the project in NPD% > 80 % and the investments made in the Project are intended to be used in the primary activity of the LCI, which is not economic in nature. The total costs of the project are EUR 3‘898’328,86. The total eligible costs are EUR 3‘704’729, of which 95 % is public funding in the amount of EUR 3‘519’492,55 (including European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) funding – 2‘991’568,67 and state budget co-financing – EUR 527‘923,88), but the own funding of the LECCI for the project is 5 % of the total eligible costs or 185’236,45. According to the OECD FOS (Revised Field of Science and Technology) classification, the project will be implemented in the fields of natural sciences – Chemistry, Biology, and Earth and Environmental Sciences. The implementation of the project will mainly contribute to the implementation of the following economic transformation directions and growth priorities defined in the Latvian Smart Specialisation Strategy (hereinafter – RIS3): 1. Knowledge-intensive bioeconomy; 2. Smart materials, technologies and engineering systems. The project implementation period is 48 (forty-eight) months, and the project is planned to be implemented from 01.10.2017 to 30.12.2021.The project includes the following main actions:1. Project management and publicity;2. Procurement procedures;3. Design;4. Construction of pilot equipment park hangar;5. Construction supervision;6. Purchase of equipment;7. Ventilation construction.The project is intended to achieve the following main results: • Design and author supervision of the construction of the hangar and ventilation system of the pilot equipment park; • Construction of 1 pilot equipment park hangars; • Construction of the 1 ventilation system; • 51 new equipment has been acquired, installed and put into operation; • Construction supervision of the construction of the pilot equipment hangar and construction of the ventilation system was carried out. L’objectif de ce projet est de moderniser l’infrastructure de recherche en bioéconomie de l’Institut national letton de chimie du bois (LVK’I), de renforcer la capacité institutionnelle et la concentration des ressources de recherche de la LVK’I dans le cadre du RIS3. LCCI prévoit de mettre en œuvre un projet non économique dont la partie non économique moyenne pondérée du projet est de NPD% > 80 % et les investissements réalisés dans le cadre du projet sont destinés à être utilisés dans les activités de base non économiques de LCCI. Le coût total du projet s’élève à 3 898 328,86 EUR. Le total des coûts éligibles s’élève à 3704’729, dont 95 % sont des financements publics de 3519’492,55 EUR (y compris le financement du Fonds européen de développement régional (FEDER) — 2 991 568,67 EUR et le cofinancement du budget de l’État — 527 923,88 EUR), tandis que le financement propre de LCCI pour le projet s’élève à 5 % du total des coûts éligibles, soit 185 236,45 EUR. Les coûts inéligibles du projet s’élèvent à 193 599,86 EUR, qui seront couverts par les fonds propres de LVK’I. Selon la classification FOS (Revised Field of Science and Technology) de l’OCDE, le projet sera mis en œuvre dans les domaines des sciences naturelles — sciences chimiques, biologie et sciences de la Terre et de l’environnement. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera principalement à la mise en œuvre des orientations suivantes de la transformation économique et des priorités de croissance définies dans la stratégie de spécialisation intelligente de la Lettonie (ci-après dénommée "SIF3): 1. Une bioéconomie à forte intensité de connaissances; 2. Matériaux intelligents, technologies et systèmes d’ingénierie. La durée du projet est de 48 (quarante-huit) mois et le projet devrait être mis en œuvre du 1er octobre 2017 au 30.12.2021.Le projet prévoit les principales activités suivantes: 1. Gestion et publicité du projet;2. Exécution des procédures de passation de marchés;3. Conception; 4. Construction d’un hangar pour un parc d’installations pilotes;5. Supervision de la construction;6. Achat de matériel;7. Construction de la ventilation.Le projet devrait atteindre les principaux résultats suivants: • Conception et supervision de la construction du hangar et du système de ventilation du parc pilote; • La construction d’un hangar de parc pilote a été réalisée; • La construction d’un système de ventilation a été réalisée; • 51 nouvelles installations ont été achetées, installées et mises en service; • La supervision de la construction du hangar et du système de ventilation de l’avion a été effectuée.
