Projekt realizowany przez Automobilklub Kielce zakłada termomodernizację budynku położonego w Miedzianej Górze,pełniącego funkcję hotelową,gastronomiczną oraz administracyjną,wymiane oświetlenia na LED i montaz instalacji PV.Zakupione w ramach projektu urządzenia/instalacje będą nowe.Przedsięwzięcie ma na celu zwiększyć energooszczędność i ograniczyć zużycie poboru energii.Zmiany w infrastrukturze budynku bazują na zaleceniach audytów.Poziom efektu energetycznego szacowany jest na poziomie 51,59%.Wskaźnikami projektu są:Powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji [m2]2673,00;Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE[szt.]1;Liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków [szt.]1;Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie (CI 1)1;Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotacje (CI 2)1;Liczba przedsiębiorstw, które w wyniku wsparcia poprawiły efektywność energetyczną [szt.]1;Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej [GJ/rok]889,66;Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych [tony równoważnika CO2]107,06;Zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej w wyniku realizacji projektów[GJ/rok]1104,60;Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej [MWh/rok]46,3;Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii elektrycznej ze źródeł odnawialnych [MWe]0,01;Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne 542 339,12zł.Projekt jest zgodny z celami Osi priorytetowej 3- Efektywna i zielona energia RPO WŚ, tj. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku, który zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację celów szczegółowych, a mianowicie:zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku oraz zmniejszenie zużycia energii elektrycznej (uwzględnienie OZE wykorzystywanej na potrzeby własne). The project is in line with the objectives of Priority Axis 3- Efficient and green energy of the ROP, ie increased efficiency energy of enterprises operating in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodship and the objective of Measure 3.2 Energy efficiency and renewable energy sources in enterprises of the ROP WŚ for the years 2014-2020. The main goal of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the building, which will be achieved through the implementation of specific objectives, namely: increasing the energy efficiency of the building and reducing electricity consumption (taking into account renewable energy used for own needs).
