Notre opération se compose d'une seule action dénommée : Itinéraire Emploi Renforcé Référent de parcours. A partir d'un diagnostic préalable pourra être proposé au participant : Une intégration dans un parcours « Itinéraire emploi renforcé » avec la signature d’un contrat d’engagement Une réorientation vers une structure sociale ou de soins du territoire ou vers Pôle emploi ou tout autre dispositif d’insertion socio- professionnelle si la personne ne relève pas d'un accompagnement renforcé ou qu’elle n’entre pas dans les critères d’éligibilité de l’IER. L'accompagnement socio professionnel se mettra en place après validation par la Direction de l’Insertion et de l’Emploi de la Métropole de la proposition d'intégration dans un parcours « Itinéraire emploi renforcé ». Toute entrée administrative sur justificatif est à priori validée par la DIE et seules les demandes d’entrée sur étude du diagnostic font l’objet d’une analyse de la situation du participant. L’entrée en parcours des « Itinéraires Emploi Renforcé » en direction des Bénéficiaires du RSA est décidée par le chef social ou son adjoint lors des instances RSA, fiche ITT à l’appui. La mise en place du parcours est contractualisée avec le participant et un dossier est ouvert sous ABC Viesion (logiciel susceptible d'être modifié) en conformité avec le RGPD . Pour chaque accompagnement, un contrat d’engagement tripartite est signé entre le participant, le référent et la Métropole de Lyon et permet au participant de bénéficier de l’ensemble de l’offre de service cofinancé par le FSE. Il formalise les engagements de toutes les parties pour la réussite du parcours d’accompagnement en prenant en compte le diagnostic réalisé et partagé avec celui-ci. Dans cette étape de diagnostic, le référent de parcours doit prendre en compte la capacité de mobilisation du participant, le réalisme de son projet professionnel et sa motivation à s’insérer sur le marché du travail. A partir du diagnostic et lors de la contractualisation : des premiers objectifs sont fixés avec le participant. Objectifs qui seront renégociés et réajusté en fonction de l'avancée du participant dans son parcours et au travers de réalisation d'actions, d'étapes. Le participant peut être reçu par l'intervenant social détaché sur le dispositif pour lever les freins sociaux en partenariat avec les AS de secteurs (dettes, logement, santé...) (French)

Our operation consists of a single action called: Itinerary Occupation Reinforced Course Reference. On the basis of a prior diagnosis, the participant may be offered: Integration into a “Enhanced Employment Route” with the signing of a contract of employment A reorientation to a social or care structure in the territory or to the Employment Pole or any other socio-occupational integration scheme if the person does not fall under enhanced support or does not fall within the eligibility criteria of the IER. The socio-professional support will be implemented after validation by the Direction de l’Insertion et de l’Emploi de la Métropole of the proposal for integration into a pathway “Enhanced Employment”. Any administrative entry on the basis of evidence is a priori validated by the IED and only requests for entry based on diagnostic study are the subject of an analysis of the participant’s situation. The introduction of the “Reinforced Employment Routes” to the beneficiaries of the RSA is decided by the social head or his deputy during the RSA bodies, ITT file in support. The setting up of the route is contracted with the participant and a file is opened under ABC ViEsion (software that can be modified) in accordance with the GDPR. For each accompaniment, a tripartite engagement contract is signed between the participant, the referent and the Métropole de Lyon and allows the participant to benefit from all the service offer co-financed by the ESF. It formalises the commitments of all parties for the success of the accompanying journey, taking into account the diagnosis made and shared with it. In this diagnostic stage, the path reference must take into account the participant’s ability to mobilise, the realism of his professional project and his motivation to enter the labour market. From the diagnosis and at the time of contracting: initial objectives are set with the participant. Objectives which will be renegotiated and re-adjusted according to the progress of the participant in his/her journey and through the realisation of actions, stages.
