Le projet proposé doit permettre de renforcer les démarches de RSE sur le territoire du Cotentin. Il se décline en deux actions distinctes : **L'ingénierie d'accompagnement des clauses sociales dans les marchés publics et privés du Cotentin en :** * Apportant un conseil et expertise aux maîtres d’ouvrage et entreprises dans la réalisation de leurs clauses sociales de la préparation du marché jusqu’aux recrutements et suivi des objectifs sociaux * Elargissant le champ des maîtres d'ouvrage publics (Etat, collectivités…) et privés et diversifiant les types de marchés pour offrir ainsi un plus large panel d’opportunités d’emploi à un public diversifié. * Favorisant, en lien avec les dispositifs d'accompagnement et de financement, la mobilisation et la formation des publics pour leur permettre d'accéder aux emplois proposés dans le cadre des clauses sociales. **L’animation du plan d’actions « discrimin’action Cotentin emploi » pour :** * Promouvoir sur le territoire la responsabilité sociétale des acteurs économiques * Favoriser l’évolution des mentalités et des pratiques * Former et outiller les acteurs de l’emploi (French)

The proposed project is intended to strengthen CSR efforts in the Cotentin territory. It consists of two separate actions: **Engineering to accompany social clauses in the public and private contracts of the Cotentin by:** * Providing advice and expertise to the developers and companies in the realisation of their social clauses from the preparation of the contract to recruitment and monitoring of social objectives * Enlarge the scope of public contractors (state, authorities...) and private and diversifying the types of contracts to offer a wider range of employment opportunities to a diverse public. * Promoting, in connection with the support and financing arrangements, the mobilisation and training of the public to enable them to access the jobs offered under the social clauses. **The animation of the action plan “Discriminal Action Cotentin Employment” for:** * Promoting the social responsibility of economic actors in the territory * Fostering the evolution of attitudes and practices * Training and equipping employment actors (English)
