Il est proposé de travailler en parallèle de l’accompagnement des personnes fragiles en insertion vers une mobilité autonome et durable, le conseil et l’ingénierie auprès des territoires et le centre de ressources, dans la mesure où ces différentes missions sont complémentaires et qu’elles s’alimentent entre-elles. La plateforme mobilité s’appuiera sur : \- L’animation d’une démarche globale de réflexion sur la mobilité avec les acteurs du territoire mêlant concertation sur les principaux besoins/attentes du territoire, définition partagée des axes de travail prioritaires et co- construction des solutions pour le territoire et les publics. \- La remontée d’indicateurs et le partage d’expérience/expertise autour de cette thématique : la plateforme participera aux réflexions du territoire autour de la construction d’une réponse globale et satisfaisante aux problématiques de mobilité des publics fragiles ou isolés notamment, ainsi qu’elle produira des supports et outils pour accompagner le territoire dans ses réflexions et les acteurs dans leurs projets. It is proposed to work in parallel with the support of vulnerable people in integration towards autonomous and sustainable mobility, consulting and engineering with the territories and the resource centre, as these different missions are complementary and feed each other. The mobility platform will be based on: \- Animation of a global approach to reflection on mobility with local stakeholders combining consultation on the main needs/expectations of the territory, shared definition of priority work axes and co-construction of solutions for the territory and the public. \- Reporting of indicators and sharing of experience/expertise around this topic: the platform will participate in the reflections of the territory around the construction of a comprehensive and satisfactory response to the problems of mobility of fragile or isolated audiences in particular, as well as will produce materials and tools to accompany the territory in its reflections and the actors in their projects.
