    THE PROJECT IS TO GROW IN HARMONY WITH THE PTOF ON SCHOOL DROP-OUT AS A COMPLEX PHENOMENON WHICH REFERS TO A COMPLEX VISION OF PERSONAL AND SOCIAL REALITY AND TO SMOOTH INTERACTION BETWEEN INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL FACTORS IN THE SCHOOL INSTITUTION. THE FACT THAT IT IS NOT JUST ONE OF THE WORLDS OF SCHOOL BUT PART OF A GENERAL PHENOMENON OF SOCIAL EXCLUSION IS THE FACT THAT IT IS NOT JUST ONE OF THE WORLDS OF EDUCATION. A FOLLOW-UP AND THE RESEARCH AND DESIGN OF INTEGRATED ACTIONS BETWEEN SCHOOLS AND REGIONS THEREFORE BECOMES NECESSARY. ON THIS BASIS FINAL1 OF THE DRAFT SONO.
