Réhabilitation thermique des 20 logements de la résidence du Pilard permettant le passage de la classe F à la classe D du Diagnostic de Performance Energétique pour un gain théorique moyen de 132 kWhep/m².an engendrant une diminution de la facture énergétique des locataires. Les travaux consistent à remplacer toutes les menuiseries extérieures et verrières par des menuiseries double vitrage avec gaz argon et volet roulant isolant, ainsi que les portes d'entrée et de service, à procéder à une isolation renforcée de la façade Nord avec bardage extérieur, à installer des VMC individuelles simple flux hygro B, et à compléter l'isolation des combles avec ajout sur l'existant. Thermal rehabilitation of the 20 dwellings in the Pilard residence allowing the transition from class F to class D of the Energy Performance Diagnostics for an average theoretical gain of 132 kWhep/m².an resulting in a decrease in the energy bill of tenants. The work consists of replacing all exterior and glass joinery with double glazing joinery with argon gas and insulating roller shutter, as well as the entrance and service doors, carrying out reinforced insulation of the North facade with external cladding, installing single single hygro B flow VMCs, and completing the insulation of the attics with addition to the existing one.
