Création d'une médiathèque intercommunale en centre-ville de Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, située dans l'espace vécu des habitants des quartiers politiques de la ville de Kellermann et l'Orme Saint-Roch. Ce projet se réalisera dans une friche administrative de coeur de ville, patrimoine de la seconde reconstruction. Cette médiathèque a vocation à devenir un lieu d'échanges, de rencontre et de culture pour l'ensemble de la population. Son action se centrera sur les questions d'apprentissage et de formation tout au long de la vie, de citoyenneté et d'action culturelle. (French)

Creation of an intercommunal media library in the centre of Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, located in the living space of the inhabitants of the political districts of the city of Kellermann and the Orme Saint-Roch.
