Le projet de couveuse s'inscrit dans une problématique d'insertion socio économique : intégration de publics en difficulté par la création d'activité, et ce, au coeur des territoires. La couveuse BGE s'adresse à tout porteur de projet de création d'activité ou d'entreprise, demandeur d'emploi. Cependant, elle s'adresse en particulier aux porteurs de projets qui sont bénéficiaires de minima sociaux, des jeunes en difficultés d'insertion et aux travailleurs handicapés. Ce dispositif est aussi tout particulièrement adapté aux femmes désireuses de créer leur entreprise de manière sécurisée. (French)

The BGE incubator is intended for any project promoter to create an activity or a business, who is seeking employment. However, it is aimed in particular at project promoters who benefit from social minimums, young people with difficulties in their integration and workers with disabilities.
