Les 30 logements, construits en 1975, sont situés au 1-3-5 Rue Emile Eudes à Narbonne et se répartissent dans un seul bâtiment de type R+4. Ce patrimoine immobilier de 30 logements a fait l'objet au fil des ans de programmes d'entretien mais n'a toutefois jamais été réhabilité de manière lourde et complète. Afin d'apporter à ces clients locataires une amélioration significative de leur confort et de leur cadre de vie, DOMITIA HABITAT souhaite intervenir de manière conséquente sur ce bâti ancien, en y intégrant un volet important dédié à l'amélioration de la performance énergétique faisant partie d'un programme de réhabilitation avec notamment l'ajout de loggias. Ce projet de rénovation énergétique fait partie d'un ensemble de 75 logements. Les 45 logements restants, sont situés au 7 Avenue Pompidor et au 2-4 Rue de la Jourre à Narbonne, vont être également rénovés et ont fait l'objet d'une demande de subvention au titre du FEDER - ATI urbaine. The 30 dwellings, built in 1975, are located at 1-3-5 Rue Emile Eudes in Narbonne and are divided into a single R+ 4 building. Over the years, the building heritage of 30 dwellings has been the subject of maintenance programmes, but has never been rehabilitated in a heavy and complete manner. In order to provide these tenants with a significant improvement in their comfort and living environment, DOMITIA HABITAT wishes to intervene consistently on this old building, incorporating an important part dedicated to improving energy performance as part of a rehabilitation programme, including the addition of loggias. This energy renovation project is part of a total of 75 housing units. The remaining 45 units, located at 7 Avenue Pompidor and 2-4 Rue de la Jourre in Narbonne, will also be renovated and have been the subject of a grant application from the ERDF — Urban ATI. (English)
