Le projet constitue une réhabilitation lourde d’une ancienne friche industrielle, avec un taux important de matériaux biosourcés, et emploi d’énergie renouvelable (géothermie), afin d’installer un pôle de services à vocation social au coeur de la ville de Beaugency. Seule la première tranche de réhabilitation de l’usine est prise, en compte, ce qui équivaut à une surface utile retenue de 2484 m2. Celle-ci sera aménagée pour y regrouper des acteurs de l'action sociale, des entreprises, un pôle jeunesse et des services départementaux. (French)

The project represents a heavy rehabilitation of an old industrial wasteland, with a high rate of biobased materials, and the use of renewable energy (geothermis), in order to set up a social service hub in the heart of the city of Beaugency. Only the first rehabilitation tranche of the plant is taken into account, which is equivalent to a retained useful area of 2 484 m². It will be designed to bring together social action actors, businesses, a youth centre and departmental services. (English)
