Soutenu au titre de l'ITI de l'ARC, l’aménagement du nouveau quartier-cœur d’agglomération de la ZAC des Deux Rives a pour objectif de renforcer l’attractivité du centre de l’agglomération en rendant aux berges de l’Oise, en l'espèce sa rive droite, leur vocation d’espace de promenade. Le projet concourra à la diminution de la circulation et au développement d’espaces publics dédiés aux piétons. (French)
