Dans un contexte de chômage persistant, les demandeurs d'emploi sont fragilisés par l'absence de formation et de qualification, ce qui rend plus difficile leur accès à l'emploi. Dans ce cadre, 3 priorités sont identifiées à savoir : organiser l'offre de formation sur l'ensemble du territoire, faire de l'accompagnement des plus fragiles et l'accès à un premier niveau de qualification une cause d'intérêt régional et favoriser l'élévation du niveau de qualification. In a context of persistent unemployment, jobseekers are weakened by lack of training and skills, making it more difficult for them to gain access to employment.
