Le projet consiste à étoffer l'équipe emploi par un chargé de relation jeunes- entreprises qui aura pour missions de: \- coacher les jeunes dans leur apprentissage du contact avec l'entreprise et dans leur connaissance des entreprises (appréhender les techniques de prospection et de préparation aux entretiens avec les employeurs), les amener à multiplier leurs contacts avec les employeurs et les périodes en entreprises, leur permettre de se mettre en situation professionnelle. \- changer le regard des entreprises sur les jeunes, les amener à les rencontrer, à les recevoir Ces deux missions, à l'aspect "commercial", tant vers les jeunes que vers les entreprises ont conduit au recrutement d'une personne connaissant bien les codes monde de l'entreprise et celui de l'insertion. Sont particulièrement concernés par ce projet, les jeunes de faible qualification (40 % de notre public est sans diplôme qualifiant et 28 % a un diplôme de niveau 5), les jeunes de zone rurale (54% de notre public) et de ZRR ( 10% de notre public). The project consists of developing the employment team by a young business relationship manager who will be responsible for: \- coaching young people in their learning of contact with the company and in their knowledge of companies (apprehension techniques for prospecting and preparing for interviews with employers), lead them to increase their contacts with employers and periods in companies, allow them to get into a job situation. \- change the way companies look at young people, get them to meet them, receive them. These two missions, in the “commercial” aspect, towards both young people and businesses have led to the recruitment of a person who is well acquainted with the world codes of business and that of integration. This project is particularly concerned with young people with low qualifications (40 % of our public is without a qualification and 28 % has a level 5 degree), young people in rural areas (54 % of our public) and ZRR (10 % of our audience).
