L'action s'articulera autour de deux grands axes : 1/ ** _Mobiliser le monde de l'entreprise par la prospection d'offres d'emploi et contribuer au développement du Club des Entreprises Solidaires._** Cet axe de mobilisation du monde de l'entreprise se décline en trois missions principales : * une mission de promotion du Club des entreprises solidaires selon les axes stratégiques fixés par la Collectivité avec comme objectif prévisionnel l'adhésion de 40 nouvelles entreprises fin 2015. * une mission de prospection d'offres d'emploi et de placement, qui viendra en soutien des actions effectuées par le Service Emploi du Conseil Départemental. Les objectifs quantitatifs visés sont estimés à 1000 postes recueillis fin 2015. * une mission d'appui à l'animation du réseau des entreprises solidaires, réalisée par le Service Emploi, par l'organisation de rencontres visant à promouvoir le recrutement de BRSA sous forme de rencontres thématiques. **_2/ Apporter un appui au Service Emploi du Conseil Départemental dans la constitution d'un vivier de BRSA mobilisables rapidement sur les offres d'emploi recueillies._** * Apporter un appui au Service Emploi dans la validation de l'adéquation des compétences au profil de poste recherché et améliorer ainsi les capacités d'accès à l'emploi et les placements sur offres disponibles. * Participer à l'organisation d'actions de repérage du public tel que prévu dans le plan d'action annuel en appui du service emploi qui prévoit 10 opérations au titre de l'année 2015. * Appuyer le Service Emploi lors de recrutements collectifs dans la préparation aux entretiens d'embauche des BRSA. L'objectif visé est de 10 appuis. * Assurer les mises en relation et le placement en emploi des BRSA sur la base du portefeuille de profils géré par le Service Emploi et des offres d'emploi recueillies par le Service Emploi et Emergence(s). Emergence(s) devra contribuer au placement de 100 à 200 BRSA sur l'année 2015. (French)

The action will be structured around two main axes: 1/** _ Mobilising the business world through the exploration of job offers and contributing to the development of the Club des Entreprises Solidaires._** This axis of mobilisation of the business world is divided into three main missions: * a mission to promote the Club des entreprises solidaires according to the strategic axes set by the Community with as a provisional objective the accession of 40 new companies at the end of 2015. * a job search and placement mission, which will support the actions carried out by the Employment Service of the Departmental Council. The quantitative targets are estimated at 1000 posts collected at the end of 2015. * a mission to support the animation of the network of solidarity-based enterprises, carried out by the Employment Service, by organising meetings aimed at promoting the recruitment of BRSA in the form of thematic meetings. **_2/Providing support to the Employment Service of the Departmental Council in setting up a pool of BRSAs that can be mobilised quickly on the job offers collected._** * To provide support to the Employment Service in the validation of the suitability of skills to the job profile sought, thereby improving the capacity for access to employment and job placement available. * Participate in the organisation of actions to identify the public as foreseen in the annual action plan in support of the Employment Service, which foresees 10 operations for 2015. * Support the Employment Service in collective recruitment in preparation for interviews with the BRSAs. The objective is 10 support. * Ensure the linking and placement of BRSAs on the basis of the portfolio of profiles managed by the Employment Service and the job offers collected by the Employment and Emergency Service(s).
