Soutien de l'accompagnement socioprofessionnel des bénéficiaires RSA salariés sur le chantier d'insertion : renforcement de l’organisation d’un accompagnement prenant en compte l’originalité du modèle développé par la structure Village au-delà de l’aspect purement « encadrement technique » pour permettre à chaque salarié du chantier d’insertion de bénéficier d’une réflexion plus large sur son parcours, la place et le rôle de son inscription dans ce chantier à ce moment de son parcours, les objectifs individuels et les différentes étapes à mener. Le FSE permettra \- de renforcer le modèle organisationnel de l’accompagnement par l’équipe du Village et notamment la formalisation de cet accompagnement ( expérimentation de l'accompagnement socio-professionnel en 'collectif' ) \- et de favoriser la coordination. 10 postes intervenant sur le chantier d’insertion : \- 2 accompagnateurs, et 5 encadrants techniques \- 3 administratifs (secrétaire, secrétaire comptable et directeur) en tant que personnel indirect (French)

Support for socio-professional support for employed RSA beneficiaries on the integration site: strengthening of the organisation of an accompaniment taking into account the originality of the model developed by the Village structure beyond the purely “technical supervision” aspect to allow each employee of the integration site to benefit from a broader reflection on his course, the place and role of his registration in the site at that time of his journey, the individual objectives and the different stages to be carried out. The ESF will strengthen the organisational model of support by the Village team and in particular the formalisation of this support (experimentation of socio-professional support in ‘collective’) \- and promote coordination. 10 posts on the integration site: \- 2 escorts, and 5 technical managers \- 3 administrative staff (secretary, accounting secretary and director) as indirect staff (English)
