Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020Projekt dotyczy dofinansowania wdrożenia przez Wnioskodawcę innowacyjnego rozwiązania w usługach call center w postaci licencji na zakup inteligentnego bota głosowego. Wnioskodawca nie dysponuje wszystkimi niezbędnymi kompetencjami dlatego też planuje skorzystać z profesjonalnych usług doradczych Instytucji Otoczenia Biznesu w celu wsparcia merytorycznego zarówno podczas przygotowania do wdrożenia innowacji, jak i jej wdrożenia w przedsiębiorstwie. Doradztwo IOB jest konieczne we wdrożeniu tak zaawansowanego technologicznie projektu.W szczególności pomoc ze strony IOB skupiać się będzie na: -analizie alternatywnych ścieżek rozwoju poprzez wdrażanie innowacji, -uszczegółowieniu i ocenie wybranej ścieżki rozwoju związanej z wdrażaniem innowacji, -przygotowanu szczegółowego modelu finansowego dla opracowywanej lub wdrażanej innowacji, -identyfikacji i mapowaniu kluczowych procesów biznesowych związanych z wdrażaniem innowacji, ich modyfikacji i optymalizacji, -analizie ryzyka wdrożenia innowacji, -doradztwie w procesie przygotowania umowy zakupu technologii pomiędzy dostawcą i odbiorcą technologii, -opracowaniu strategii marketingowej dla wyrobu lub usługi będącej przedmiotem wdrożenia innowacji, -pomocy w opracowaniu dokumentacji funkcjonalnej lub technicznej niezbędnej do wdrożenia innowacji, -doradztwie i pomocy w opracowaniu i przeprowadzeniu pilotażowego wdrożenia innowacji, -doradztwie, pomocy i szkoleniu w pełnym wdrożeniu innowacji, -monitorowaniu i ocenie efektów wdrożenia innowacji. The applicant does not have all the necessary competences, which is why he plans to use the professional consultancy services of the Business Environment Institution in order to provide substantive support both during preparation for implementation of the innovation and its implementation in the enterprise. IOB consulting is necessary in the implementation of such a technologically advanced project. In particular, assistance from the BEI will focus on: - analyzing alternative development paths through the implementation of innovations, - detailing and assessing the selected development path related to the implementation of innovations, - preparing a detailed financial model for the development or implemented innovation, - identification and mapping of key business processes related to the implementation of innovations, their modification and optimization, - analysis of the risk of implementing innovations, - consulting in the process of preparing a technology purchase agreement between a technology supplier and recipient, - developing a marketing strategy for a product or service being the subject of innovation implementation, - assistance in the development of functional or technical documentation necessary to implement innovation, - consulting and assistance in the development and conducting of pilot implementation of innovation, - consulting, assistance and training in the full implementation of innovations, - monitoring and evaluation of the effects of implementing innovations.
