Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia w mieście Elblągu i powiecie elbląskim. Uczestnikami projektu będą osoby bezrobotne w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia, znajdujące się w grupie pierwszej – bezrobotni aktywni (I profil pomocy) lub w grupie drugiej – bezrobotni wymagający wsparcia (II profil pomocy), dodatkowo spełniające co najmniej jedno z poniższych kryteriów: a) są osobami długotrwale bezrobotnymi b) są osobami niepełnosprawnymi c) są osobami powyżej 50 roku życia d) są kobietami e) są osobami niskowykwalifikowanymi, tj. osobami o niskich kwalifikacjach. Zaplanowano następujące formy wsparcia: - staże – 163 osób, - jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej (dotacje) – 35 osób, - refundacje kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowisk pracy – 67 osób, - prace interwencyjne – 18 osób. Ogółem w ramach projektu wsparciem zostanie objętych 283 osób. Okres realizacji projektu: 01.09.2015-30.06.2016 (projekt zakłada, że proces rekrutacji uczestników projektu zakończy się do 31.12.2015 r.). Projekt zakłada osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej: a) ogólny wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z poniżej wymienionych grup docelowych (wskazanych w pkt. b, c, d) na poziomie co najmniej - 38%, b) dla osób niepełnosprawnych - wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej - 12%, c) dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych - wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej - 30%, d) dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach - wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej - 31%. The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of the unemployed aged over 29 in the city of Elbląg and the district of Elbląg. Participants in the project will be unemployed persons aged over 29, who are in the first group, unemployed in active (first aid profiles) or in the second group, who are unemployed requiring support (second aid profile), further meeting at least one of the following criteria: (a) are long-term unemployed (b) are disabled persons (c) persons aged over 50 (d) are women (e) are low-skilled persons, i.e. the low-skilled. The following forms of support are planned: Traineeships — 163 people, — one-off economic activities (subsidies) — 35 people, — refunds of equipment costs or retrofitting of jobs — 67 people — intervention works — 18 people. In total, 283 persons will be supported as part of the project. Duration of the project: 01.09.2015-30.06.2016 (the project assumes that the process of recruitment of project participants will end by 31.12.2015). The project aims to achieve an employment performance indicator: (a) the overall employment performance ratio for participants not eligible for any of the following target groups (indicated in b, c, d) of at least — 38 %, (b) for persons with disabilities — employment performance ratio of at least — 12 %, (c) for the long-term unemployed — employment performance ratio of at least — 30 %, (d) for the low-skilled — employment performance ratio of at least — 31 %.
