Głównym celem P będzie wzrost aktywności społ. i zawodowej u 21 osób (12 K, 9 M) zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społ. do 06.2018 z WŚ. P będzie realiz. na terenie GO i obejmie wsparciem mieszkańców, którzy są równocześnie klientami GOPS. GD stanowi 21 K/M (12 K, 9 M) – klientów GOPS w Opatowcu, bierni zawodowo, bezrobotni z III profilu, mieszkańców GO z obszaru WŚ. Są to osoby w wieku aktywności zawod. (18 - 67 lat) z wykszt. podstawowym, gimnazjalnym, zasadniczym, średnim i nie więcej niż 2 UP z wykszt. wyższym (10% GD, kryterium dostępu nr 3).P będzie realizowany od: 02.01.2017 do 30.06.2018. Główne wskaźniki rezultatu: Liczba (DALEJ:L) osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ., które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu - 14 K/M; L osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu - 14 K/M; L osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek) - 7 K/M; L osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ., które po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie podjęły zatrudnienie - 30% (7 UP); L osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ., które po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie dokonały postępu w procesie aktywizacji społeczno-zatrudnieniowej i zmniejszenia dystansu do zatrudnienia lub podjęły dalszą aktywizację - 60%. Główne działania: poradnictwo zawod. indywid. i grupowe oraz poradnictwo psychol. grupowe (100% GD), kursy zawodowe (100% GD), staże (47,62 % GD) i realizacja kontraktów soc. przez 3 etatowych pracowników socj. oddelegowanych 2 na 0,5 etatu, 1 na 0,25 etatu - WKŁAD WŁASNY PIENIĘŻNY. Kwota dofinansowania: 434.266,07 zł, w tym wkład własny PIENIĘŻNY: 80.114,26, co stanowi 15,57 % wartości projektu. Koszt przypadający na 1 UP wynosi: 24.494,30 zł (Polish)

GD is 21 K/M (12 K, 9 M) — GOPs customers in Opatovu, inactive, unemployed with III profile, the inhabitants of GO from the area of the WŚ. These are people at the age of activity. (18-67 years) with primary, lower secondary, secondary and no more than 2 UP from higher (10 % GD, access criterion 3).p will be applied from: 02.01.2017 to 30.06.2018. Main result indicators: Number of persons at risk of poverty or social exclusion who have acquired a qualification after leaving the programme — 14 K/M; L people at risk of poverty or exclusion of jobseekers after leaving — 14 K/M; L persons at risk of poverty or social exclusion after leaving (including self-employed) — 7 K/M; L people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who, at the end of their participation in the project, took up employment at 30 % (7 UP); L people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who, once they have completed their participation in the project, have made progress towards a process of social and employment activation and reduced distance to employment or have taken further activation — 60 %. Main activities: group and group guidance and counselling (100 % GD), professional courses (100 % GD), traineeships (47.62 % GD) and the execution of employment contracts for 3 of staff at social security staff (2), 0,5 posts (1) and post (0,25 FTE). Grant amount: PLN 434.266,07, including the own contribution: 80.114,26, representing 15.57 % of the value of the project. The cost per 1 UP is: PLN 24.494,30 (English)
