In the small brewery’s equipment investment, the production equipment suitable for the small brewery (soup and mash containers, fermenting vessels) is purchased in the small brewery’s R & D project to build/acquire small cooking and mash equipment suitable for the development of beer recipes. The rapid and continuous development of beer recipes is part of modern beer culture and in order to be interesting to customers, the brewery must invest in the development of new beers continuously. It is not economically reasonable to make test soups with large equipment for actual production, which is why a small experimental cooking plant is needed. (English)
