Projektin tärkeimpänä tavoitteena on rakentaa toimintamalli ylivertaisen asiakaskokemuksen tuottamiseen sekä prosessi tämän toimintamallin siirtämiseen uusiin perustettaviin ja ostettaviin yksiköihin. Olennaisena osana ylivertaisen asiakaskokemuksen tuottamista on digitaalisen palveluympäristö, jonka kautta asiakaskokemuksesta saadaan laadukkaampi ja sitouttavampi. Kehittämistyöllä tavoitellaan suunhoidon alalla uudenlaista uniikkia positiota, joka luo lähtökohdat myös uusien markkinoiden haltuunotolle. (Finnish)

The main objective of the project is to build an operating model for the production of superior customer experience and the process of transferring this operating model to new units to be established and purchased. An essential part of providing superior customer experience is a digital service environment that makes customer experience more quality and binding.
