Projekt przewiduje rozbudowę DW nr 417 od km 5+954 do km 6+950 w m.Racławice Śląskie,a także budowę mostu w nowej lokalizacji w km. 6+697.Inwestycja na odc.od km 5+954 do km 6+356 prowadzona będzie po śladzie drogi istniejącej,z niewielką korektą geometrii,a na odc.od km 6+356 do 6+950 po nowym śladzie. Produktem realizacji proj.będzie przebudowana dr.woj. o dł.ok. 0,40 km oraz wybudowana dr.woj.której dł.w związku ze zmianą przebiegu trasy wyniesie ok.0,52 m.W ramach przedsięwzięcia planuje się m.in.:wzmocnienie konstrukcji nawierzchni jezdni do kategorii ruchu KR-3 i nośności nawierzchni 115 kN/oś,budowę ronda wraz z korektą wlotu drogi powiatowej nr 1209O na odcinku o dł.ok.53mb.Na wlotach ronda zostaną wykonane wyspy rozdzielające obramowane krawężnikami, z zieleńcem.Realizacja przedsięwzięcia obejmować będzie m.in.:rozbiórkę istniejącej konstrukcji nawierzchni oraz budowę nowej, budowę mostu, rozbiórkę mostu istniejącego, umocnienie skarp koryta rzeki, budowę chodników, wykonanie poboczy, parkingu, zatoki, budowę elementów odwodnienia (kanalizacja deszczowa, drenaż), budowę dróg serwisowych, zjazdów wraz z przepustami pod nimi, budowę oświetlenia (budowa nowej linii w rejonie ronda oraz przebudowa na pozostałym odc.), przebudowę sieci uzbrojenia terenu (wodociągowej, kanalizacyjnej, elektroenergetycznej, teletechnicznej), budowę oraz likwidację przepustów drogowych, wykonanie elementów bezpieczeństwa i organizacji ruchu (oznakowanie poziome i pionowe),przebudowę ogrodzeń, rozbiórkę budynku,budowę zieleńca, ewent.wycinkę drzew i krzewów, wykup gruntów.Przedsięwzięcie realizowane będzie wraz zupełną infrastrukturą techniczną niezbędną dla eksploatacji i obsługi trasy drogowej i jej użytkowników wraz z urządzeniami ochrony środowiska (kolektory,osadniki i studnie rewizyjne,wpusty deszczowe i przykanaliki),elementami wpływającymi na bezpieczeństwo ruchu drogowego (chodniki, azyle dla pieszych, płyty integracyjne, kocie oczka,1 skrzyżowanie typu rondo,oświetlenie). The project provides for the extension of DW No. 417 from km 5 + 954 to km 6 + 950 in Racławice Śląskie, as well as the construction of a bridge in the new location in km. The investment on the section from km 5 + 954 to km 6 + 356 will be carried out along the existing road, with a slight correction of geometry, and on the section from km 6 + 356 to 6 + 950 along the new trail. The product of the implementation will be rebuilt by Dr. about lenght 0.40 km and built dr.d. whose length due to the change of the route will amount to approx. 0.52 m Within the project, it is planned, among others, to strengthen the structure of the road surface to the traffic category KR-3 and surface load capacity of 115 kN / axis, construction of a roundabout with correction of the inlet of poviat road No. 1209O on a section with a length of 53mb. At the roundabout inlets, islands separating framed curbs with a greenery will be made. The implementation of the project will include: demolition of the existing pavement structure and construction new, construction of the bridge, demolition of the existing bridge, strengthening of the river bed slopes, construction of pavements, construction of roadsides, parking lot, bays, construction of drainage elements (storm water drainage, drainage), construction of service roads, exits with culverts under them, construction of lighting (construction of a new lines in the area of the roundabout and reconstruction on the remaining section), reconstruction of the utilities network (water supply, sewage, electricity) teletechnical), construction and liquidation of road culverts, execution of safety and traffic organization elements (horizontal and vertical marking), reconstruction of fences, demolition of the building, construction of greenery, possibly felling of trees and shrubs, purchase of land. The project will be implemented with complete technical infrastructure necessary for the operation and maintenance of the road route and its users with environmental protection devices (collectors, settling tanks and inspection chambers, rain drains and drains), elements affecting road safety (pavements, asylum for pedestrians, integration boards, cat's eyes, 1 intersection roundabout type, lighting).
