Tarkoituksena on perustaa myynti- ja markkinointi toimisto Dubai free zone alueelle. Toimistolle palkataan yksi paikallinen toimihenkilö. Toimiston pääasillisena tarkoituksena on myydä- ja markkinoida Adpap Oy:n kehittämiä uusia laitteita ja kokonaisratkaisuja maali- ja muulle kemianteollisuudelle Lähi-Idässä, sekä Pohjois-Afrikassa. toisena tarkoituksella on etsiä luotettavia yhteistyökumppaneita takaamaan Adpap OY:n kilpailukykyä paperi-ja kartonkilaitteisssa sekä kaivannaisteollisuuden laitevalmistuksessa.
