Kehityshankkeen tavoitteena on parantaa toiminnan ohjelmistopohjaista seurantaa ja analysointia. Samalla lisätään tuote- ja menetelmäkehitystä, jolla halutaan laajentaa nykyistä tuotetarjontaa. Työn tekemiseen harkitaan uuden avainhenkilön palkkaamista. Hankkeessa on huomioitu horisontaaliset periaatteet siten, että hankkeessa esitetyn avainhenkilön tehtävä on avoin molemmille sukupuolille ja että molempien sukupuolien edustajat voivat toimia järjestelmä- ja menetelmäkehittäjän tehtävässä ilman rajoituksia. The objective of the development project is to improve the software-based monitoring and analysis of the operations. At the same time, product and process development will be increased to expand the current product offering. To do the job, consideration is given to hiring a new key person. The project has taken into account the horizontal principles, so that the role of the key person presented in the project is open to both genders and that representatives of both sexes can play the role of system and method developer without restriction.
