Hankkeessa parannetaan yrityksen valmiuksia tuotekehitykseen, markkina-alueen laajentamiseen ja toiminnan tehokkaaseen ohjaukseen. Toimenpiteitä ovat henkilöresurssien kasvattaminen, toiminnanohjauksen kehittäminen ja markkinointistrategian luominen vientimarkkinoiden kehittämiseksi.
