Hankkeen tavoitteena on nostaa Varsinais-Suomen pelialan liiketoiminta uudelle tasolle hyödyntämällä valtakunnallista yhteistyömallia. Toimenpiteet kohdistuvat osaamisen kasvattamiseen, innovaatioalustojen verkottamiseen, markkinointiin, pääoman hankinnan tukemiseen, julkaisutoiminnan koordinointiin, tiedotukseen ja markkinointiin. Hankkeen tuloksena Varsinais-Suomen alueen peliyritysten liiketoiminta ja pelialan työpaikkojen määrä kasvavat ja peliyritykset hyötyvät Suomen asemasta maailman johtavana mobiilipelien kehittäjänä. The aim of the project is to raise the business of the Southwest Finland gaming industry to a new level by using a national cooperation model. The measures will focus on upskilling, networking innovation platforms, marketing, supporting capital raising, co-ordinating publishing activities, information and marketing. As a result of the project, the business of gaming companies in the Southwest Finland region and the number of jobs in the gaming industry will increase and gaming companies will benefit from Finland’s position as the world’s leading mobile gaming developer.
