    Kehityshankkeen tavoitteena lanseerata uusi mobiiliteknologiaa hyödyntävä terveysalan palvelukonsepti, vastaamaan terveysalan suurimpaan haasteeseen: Miten vaikuttaa potilaan/asiakkaan terveyskäyttäytymiseen ja siihen millaisia valintoja vastaanottoajan ulkopuolella tehdään? Hankkeen aikana kehitetään mobiiliteknologiaa hyödyntävä palvelukonsepti terveysalan ammattilasten ja heidän asiakkaidensa käyttöön. Tavoitteena on rakentaa toimintatapa, jonka tarkoituksena on tiivistää terveysalan ammattilaisen ja asiakkaan välistä vuorovaikutusta ja mahdollistaa näin tehokkaampi terveyspalvelujen toteutus, samalla pyrkien pois tilanteesta, jossa potilas tuntee jäävänsä hoidossaan yksin. Samalla tarjotaan terveysalan ammattilaisille avaimet asiakkaiden terveyskäyttäytymiseen vaikuttamiseen. (Finnish)

    The aim of the development project is to launch a new healthcare service concept using mobile technology to meet the biggest challenge facing the health sector: How do you influence the patient’s/client’s health behaviour and the choices made outside of reception time? During the project, a service concept using mobile technology will be developed for the use of health professionals and their customers. The aim is to build a way of working towards closer interaction between the health professional and the client, thus enabling more efficient health services to be carried out, while seeking to overcome the situation where the patient feels alone in their care. At the same time, health professionals are provided with keys to influence customers’ health behaviour. (English)
