    Projekt opracowano na podstawie diagnozy oraz Kompleksowego Programu Wspomagającego Katolickiej Szkoły Podstawowej w Czechowicach-Dziedzicach w procesie indywidualizacji pracy z uczniem ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi oraz wsparcia ucznia młodszego. Grupa docelowa projektu to 74 uczniów i uczennic (39 K i 35 M). W ramach projektu w szkole zaplanowano zajęcia z matematyki, języków: angielskiego, niemieckiego, francuskiego, przyrody, informatyki i chemii. Przeprowadzone zostaną również zajęcia logopedyczne oraz dydaktyczno-wyrównawcze dla uczniów mających trudności w spełnianiu wymagań edukacyjnych wynikających z podstawy programowej kształcenia ogólnego. Zakupiony zostanie sprzęt TIK oraz pomoce dydaktyczne. Zaplanowano szkolenia dla 10 (8K, 2M) nauczycieli. Dzięki realizacji projektu uczniowie i uczennice nabędą kompetencje niezbędne na rynku pracy.     The project has been drawn up on the basis of a diagnosis and a comprehensive programme assisting the Catholic Primary School in Czechowice-Dziedzice in the process of individualisation of work, with special needs and student support. The target group is 74 pupils and students (39 K and 35 M). As part of the project at school, it is planned to teach mathematics, languages: English, German, French, nature, computer and chemistry. It will also take the form of a speech therapist, as well as tutoring and compensatory measures for students who have difficulties in meeting the educational requirements of the general education curriculum. ICT equipment and teaching aids will be purchased. Training courses for 10 (8K, 2M) of teachers are planned. With the project, students and students will acquire the competences necessary for the labour market. (English)
