Centrum Leczenia Oparzeń w Siemianowicach Śląskich (CLO) realizuje projekt „Zdrowy pracownik najlepszą wizytówką firmy-eliminowanie zdrowotnych czynników ryzyka w miejscu pracy u zatrudnionych w Centrum Leczenia Oparzeń im. dr. Stanisława Sakiela w Siemianowicach Śląskich”, Celem projektu jest poprawa warunków pracy osób zatrudnionych w placówce. Działania obejmą pracowników CLO zatrudnionych na podstawie umowy o prace. W ramach projektu zostanie między innymi zakupiony sprzęt i urządzenia ograniczające fizyczny udział pracowników w wykonywanych czynnościach i poprawiający bezpieczeństwo pracy. Przeprowadzone dla pracowników szkolenia zwiększą ich świadomość na temat zdrowotnego wpływu niekorzystnych zachowań w pracy oraz pomogą na skuteczne przeciwdziałanie negatywnym skutkom związanym z obciążeniem układu ruchu i towarzyszącym w pracy obciążeniom psychospołecznym, w tym radzeniem sobie ze stresem zawodowym. The Centre for the Treatment of Opairs in Siemianowice Śląskie (CLO) is implementing the project “Healthy employee working for the best business card to address health risk factors at the workplace at the centre of Dr Stanisława Sabeli in Siemianowice Śląskie”. the project aims at improving the working conditions of the persons employed in the facility. The activities will include CLOs staff employed on the basis of the work contract. The project will include, inter alia, the purchase of equipment and devices which limit the physical participation of employees in the performance of the activities and improve occupational safety. Training staff will increase their awareness of the health impacts of adverse working behaviour and will help to effectively address the negative consequences of the workload of the traffic system and accompanying psychosocial burdens, including the use of work-related stress.
