Projekt skierowany do grupy 174 (107K,67M) osób bezrob. zarejestr. w PUP z powiatu lęborskiego. Celem proj. jest poprawa jakości działań na rzecz aktywizacji os.bezrob. zarejestr. w PUP L-k. Aktywizacja 174 os.bezrob. umożliwi im podjęcie aktywnej roli na rynku pracy, usunie bariery w postaci nieadekwatnych kwalifik. do potrzeb r.p., braku doświad.zawod. lub braku śr. finans. na utworzenie własnej firmy. Najważniejszym efektem jaki proj. ma dać jego uczestnikom jest podjęcie i utrzymanie przez nich zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 3 m-ce. Cele szczegółowe przedsięwzięcia: - Aktywizacja zawodowa co najmniej: 33% osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej; 39% kobiet; 30% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych; 38% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, 33% osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Aktywizacja zawodowa rozumiana jest w projekcie jako doprowadzenie do trwałego, tj. trwającego co najmniej 3 miesiące, zatrudnienia dotychczasowych bezrobotnych; - Podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia uczestników projektu; Planowane formy wsparcia: - pogłębiona analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu w postaci tworzenia/modyfikacji IPD; - refundacje kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy dla skierowanych osób bezrobotnych - 28 osób /9K,19M/; - jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczych (dotacje)-42 osoby/20K,22M/; - staże - 60 osób /45K,15M/; - szkolenia - 44 osoby /33K,11M/. Projekt jest zgodny z właściwymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi (w tym polityką równych szans i niedyskryminacji w tym dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami i koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju) oraz prawodawstwem wspólnotowym i krajowym, m.in. ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, ustawą PZP, RPO WP 2014-2020 oraz SzOOP RPO WP 2014-2020 i innymi właściwymi prawodawstwami krajowymi, pozostałymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi. Project to group 174 (107K, 67M) of the small population registered. The objective is to improve the quality of action for the activation of os.niec. registration. in the PUP L-k. animation 174 will allow them to play an active role in the labour market, remove the barriers of inadequate qualification. The main effect of the project is to give participants the opportunity to take up and maintain their employment for at least 3 months. Specific objectives of the project: — Activation of the profession at least: 33 % of the population aged 50 and over; 39 % of women; 30 % of the long-term unemployed; 38 % of the low-skilled, 33 % of people with disabilities. Professional activation shall be understood in the project as a result of permanent employment of at least 3 months; employment of existing unemployed; Reference to the employability of project participants; Planned forms of support: An in-depth analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the project participant in the creation/modification of IPDs; — refunds on the cost of equipping or retrofitting work stations for unemployed persons — 28 osób/9K, 19M/; One-off measures for business activities (grants) -42 osoby/20K, 22M/; Traineeships — 60 osób/45K, 15M/; Training — 44 osoby/33K, 11M/. The project shall be consistent with relevant Community policies and rules (including equal opportunities and non-discrimination policy for persons with disabilities and the concept of sustainable development) and Community and national legislation, including the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, Act of the Public Procurement Act, the 2014-2020 ROP and the ROP PP WP 2014-2020 and other relevant national legislation, the other Community policies and rules.
