Projekt skierowany do grupy 289 osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP z powiatu słupskiego i miasta Słupsk, należących co najmniej do jednej z poniższych grup: osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, osoby nienależące do grup wskazanych powyżej (bezrobotni mężczyźni w wieku 30-49 lat - przy czym ich udział nie przekroczy 20% ogólnej liczby osób wspartych w projekcie), imigranci, reemigranci. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób pozostających bez pracy należących do grupy docelowej projektu. Wsparcie realizowane będzie wyłącznie poprzez usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy określone w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z wyłączeniem robót publicznych, w oparciu o pogłębioną analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu w postaci Indywidualnego Planu Działania. Najważniejszym efektem projektu będzie podjęcie pracy przez uczestników projektu i utrzymanie jej przez okres co najmniej 3 miesięcy. (Polish)

A project addressed to the group of 289 unemployed persons registered in PUP from Słupsk District and Słupsk belonging to at least one of the following groups: persons aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled, persons outside the groups mentioned above (unemployed men aged 30-49, with their share not exceeding 20 % of the total number of people supported in the project), immigrants, returnees. The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of those who do not belong to the project group. Support will be provided only through the services and labour market measures laid down in the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, excluding public works, on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the individual project participant concerned in the form of an individual Action Plan. The main result of the project will be the start of the work of project participants and the maintenance of the project for a period of at least 3 months. (English)
